I would not recommend this place, the people working there are not capable of getting an order right. Ordered 3 bagels and only 2 made it into the bag. Very disappointed! There are much better options in Harrison buyer be ware!

Everytime i have ordered from here i have had to go back and fix it because they never originally get it right. I never have ordered anything too complex to not get right bagels with cream cheese and bacon eggs and cheeses should not be hard. Today i even asked the young lady ringing my food up was the condiments i wanted on their correct she showed me the paper and said yes…. Lo and behold it was wrong AGAIN! I don’t work too far but going out of my way every time to fix my food is unacceptable. I’ve even sat and waited and watched everyone around me get their food when I’ve ordered a muffin!!!! They see you and don’t acknowledge you either. I usually don’t leave reviews but this has gotten out of hand. As someone paying money to your business I should be treated the same as everyone else and made sure my food is accurate every single time. Going forward I would never recommend this location.

Great bagels, great chicken salad, great grilled cheese.
It the most rip off bagel shop ever would not go back there the over charged you I bought a $7.99 breakfast and it turns out to be $16.00 because I told them I want only egg white no yolk put an extra hash brown instead of bread 2 break up slices of avocado now this $7.99 breakfast came with 1hashbrown meat of your choice eggs bread or wrap I was charged the $7.99 that the breakfast cost plus $2,00 for the egg white plus $2.50 for the hash brown plus $2.00 for the 2 slices of avocado that was turning black with the amt adding up to $16.00 plus the drink for $11.99 makes it a total of $28.00 that's how much I was charged just by substitute bread for hash brown egg whites instead of egg with yolks shame on you guys for robbing a customer like that and that's my second time of being overcharge there when I substitute cucumber for celery they charge me $2.00 for one stick of celery

When you actually do get food it’s not bad but the service is slow the staff is rude and they just take their sweet time with everything.For example, 2 sandwiches and a small Mac salad…. You would think that 8-10 minutes would be an appropriate time (still very long but a reasonable time) to receive your order.Nope! After 20 minutes of patiently waiting when we asked how much longer they said “I don’t know you’ll just have to wait.”We’re very grateful to be moving away from this location. It’s rude and slow. There was no line and certainly no excuse to keep us waiting for a time that felt appropriate for a sit down dinner, with order and wait time for food to come to the table.If I could give negative stars for service I would.

Great service, fast, friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. I enjoyed a Buffalo Chicken sandwich on an everything bagel. I enjoyed it in their very quiet dining area. I'm definitely coming back when I am back in Rye.
