Staff are all very nice and helpful. I do eat here very frequently but have been shying away due to the CONSTANT MESSED up orders. Prices are a bit expensive but worth it when the order is made correctly. The food used to be very good. Recently have fell off which is disappointed to see hopefully it gets back to how it used to be.

Over charged for a cup of hard-boiled eggs. I waited on line and was ignored. Some random guy came in and they knew him and he jumped the line in front of two of us already waiting. Bad service, horrible coffee and over charges for items that are clearly marked with a price

Have been coming to the Harrison location since the grand opening . The original staff was amazing the last few visits are poor service. Always order the same thing but now when I order its almost as if they do not know the menu they ask what i would like in it.

I just started going to this place and the staff is amazing , they have great music great food and delicious bacon egg and cheese. The staff are always helpful and try are fast when they are slammed with a line , I see the comments that they just stand around there but it takes anyone which common sense to realize that the hot food is made in the kitchen and they only do cold stuff like bagels smoothies and acais so if they’re standing around that means they’re waiting for kitchen orders to be finished . Kevin is always in a good mood and makes the experience pleasant , Carlos is always ready to help the new staff is such a great team , will be back many times

I love those new guys that they have there, they are fast and are always nice when you talk to them, I love the smoothies and food that they have here. Carlos and Kevin are good guy always so nice to you and Jose is always able to help if there a problem ! Will always come back to this place

Used to come here daily but after today never again. This is the third time my orders been messed up. Place wasn't busy 5 people working waited for two bagels forever while most of the workers just stood talking. get home and one of the bagels isn't even the turkey BLT I ordered and is just a BLT with bacon that looks like it has been sitting for days and just re cooked on the grill. Don't waste your money.
Got a couple of egg sandwiches for the kids around 9am.. Came home. Both rolls had mold on them absolutely disgusting.. Went back with the sandwiches had to almost argue to get my money back. Staff is absolutely clueless..I dont no how they stay open. STAY AWAY!!!

Rude, disrespectful service. All the workers ignore the couriers waiting for their orders as the orders and delivery packages are there ready to go. And they can sit there waiting for over 20 minutes to be even acknowledged while the place is not even busy at all The orders and packages are placed in a way that the couriers are not able to pick them up because they would need assistance to get the order. Deliberately being ignored by staff. They look right at the courier and ignore them. Absolutely, horrible service. DO NOT order Uber or DoorDash from this place. You will not get your order. This particular location should be ashamed of itself for the very rude staff that they hire.
