Got a couple of egg sandwiches for the kids around 9am.. Came home. Both rolls had mold on them absolutely disgusting.. Went back with the sandwiches had to almost argue to get my money back. Staff is absolutely clueless..I dont no how they stay open. STAY AWAY!!!

Rude, disrespectful service. All the workers ignore the couriers waiting for their orders as the orders and delivery packages are there ready to go. And they can sit there waiting for over 20 minutes to be even acknowledged while the place is not even busy at all The orders and packages are placed in a way that the couriers are not able to pick them up because they would need assistance to get the order. Deliberately being ignored by staff. They look right at the courier and ignore them. Absolutely, horrible service. DO NOT order Uber or DoorDash from this place. You will not get your order. This particular location should be ashamed of itself for the very rude staff that they hire.

It was supposed to come with avocado, mind you, avocado was not an add on, it's part of the sandwich. I ordered this specific sandwich because of the avocado. I asked for chipotle sauce NOTHING. Pretty dry Sandwich.

Absolutely the worst. Three strikes and you are out. This time picked up food and when I got home, toast on egg sandwich for my son was completely burnt. Refused to credit the sandwich. The problem is the staff does not speak English well, makes it hard for them to get orders correct.

I ordered a buttered chocolate chip bagel with extra butter. Do you see any butter because I don't! I want to love this place like I love the original one in the Bronx. The one in the Bronx is so nostalgic for me, I was excited to see this one. I'll give them another try but do better Empire Bagels!

Buyer beware: Good food but on a couple of occasions they overcharged me. Small things like charging a $1 extra for a buttered bagel priced as if I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. If it was done only once I'd think it was a mistake but since it's numerous times it seems to be purposeful. I will never set foot in here again.
