Great service, fast, friendly and attentive. Food was delicious. I enjoyed a Buffalo Chicken sandwich on an everything bagel. I enjoyed it in their very quiet dining area. I'm definitely coming back when I am back in Rye.

The food it’s so good. The reason why it got 3 stars it’s because the service it’s so bad. The ladies behind the counter are so rude. I’m a chef that’s worked with people my whole life. Customer service is key. Talk to the staff because the food really it’s amazing.

I've ordered several options from empire bagels even though I have heard of terrible experiences by others. Delicious breakfast sandwiches. Kind service. Just be clear in your request for vegan and have them reiterate it back.
