Their food is decent, however, one day I ate their Seasame seed chicken and lo mein and my stomach did not feel well for an hour. Not a fan of the older ladies attitude, I always come in and say “ hello, good morning” or “ how are you?” & just get stared with a stank face, lol. Also, I don’t like when people intentionally slam the money on the counter instead of putting it on my hand when I have my hand out, very weird, not a fan of that. But completely nice on the phone which is very contradictory. Some interactions feel very rushed or non-existent. Could feel the unwanted energy, however, life goes on. The gentlemen’s attitude is a bit better with better energy. Food is convenient, it’s very mid-level- there are better options.

Man the food here is top notch... trust me.. the lady taking order is not a people person but I don't think she means harm.. she don't always place ur card / money on the counter..

But when u talk to her she as cool as can be.

Also the chicken wings are crispy and delicious

If I could give no stars I would! I walked in and said hi not once but twice to the older lady in the front answering the phones and taking payment. Not once did she speak back or say anything to me besides, “what did you order”. Their customer service is horrible. She then finishes with my order and puts my change on the counter, which is the most disrespectful thing ever, especially being that I handed you the money. I then asked her for soy sauce and the phone rings and she picked it up. answers the phone and walks away. The rudest person ever, And I always tip.. I don’t care how much my order is or where I’m at, but she didn’t get a dime from! Worst experience ever!!!!!!

Unfortunately the delivery person left my food on the ground where pests can get at it instead of opening the storm door and placing the bag on the bench. Additionally, non of the basic sauces were added to the order. I called the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction and was told the owner or Mgr would call me back but my call was not returned. It's apparent they are not interested in customer satisfaction they just want to make money at all costs. Well, they lost another customer.

We’ve been ordering from here for years. Generally the food is pretty good, but the service is ALWAYS super slow, but we’ve come to expect that. Yesterday we had the worst experience and will never order from them again.
After over a half hour past our delivery window I called to check on our food. The man told me to check outside, but there was nothing there. He said he was going to call the driver and call me back. In the meantime, I walked to my neighbors house and there was my food. Sitting out in the cold, at the wrong house. When I called back, the man started yelling at me. Like screaming. Trying to blame me for their mistake. That is the complete opposite of customer service and I will never give them my business again.
In addition, the food was average at best. And the eggrolls had barely any filling.

My daughter treated me to lunch here for the first time and the food was not good at all. I ordered house special fried rice and it was like two day old rice with sour onions and three shrimp. The peas were hard it just was a mess.
Never again threw it away.

The owner is nasty. He seems to lack interpersonal communication and customer service skills, as talked down to me (is it because I am a female?).
He also left out the mustard I SPECIFICALLY asked for NUMEROUS times as I placed the order.

Got food poisoning after eating chicken wings and beef fried rice and hot and sour soup. The place had no AC in 95 degree weather, likely food going bad in there.

I had ordered online and it took about an hour, so I called to ask what was going on and the owner was SUPER nice, the food was ready on time it was the drivers fault so when I go in to the store we cleared things up and he even gave me complimentary drinks for our troubles ! Super nice people and food was great! Thank you !
