Okay, so I have visited this bagel location 3x, and I have been very disappointed each time. I tried different types of sandwiches and bagels to give them a chance. The counter service is always friendly and nice, but the food is not tasty and is overpriced compared to the area's competitors.
For example, I have attached a photo showing that the lettuce is bigger than the chicken cutlet. I would not recommend if you are looking for food that will hit the spot.
I will revisit if there is a change in the quality of food.

Went 2 weeks ago got 2 eggs with cheddar on a whole wheat wrap.... $10.25 absolutely got ripped off.. I was blown away.. I would imagine a sandwich on a wedge Is $45..Last time!! RIPOFF CENTRAL!! SMH

Delicious bagels, super polite employees When we went at noon it wasn’t super busy but there was a steady stream of people. Everything tasted fresh and the garlic bagel with jalapeño cream cheese was amazing

Literally the worst deli in HARRISON. I went in there to get my family food. I told the guy I wanted five sandwiches and to please write down the order. He pointed at his head and said that he had it all upstairs. He had nothing upstairs. The food was terrible. It was cold. Chewy and disgusting. That's the last time I'll ever go there. The whole order got messed up nothing was correct and everything was terrible. Spent $65 on garbage. Don't go.

No doubt the best bagels in the area. It has the chewiness you want in a bagel and you can tell it was freshly made that morning. Friendly staff and prices were good. My new go-to bagel place!

BEWARE!! The TIPS money should be an extra for the workers, not for the owner to use it to make payroll. I always like tipping, but when I learned about this from a formal worker I stopped. NOT COOL!

Amazing food!!! They have great bagels and many daily spreads to choose from. Also, great a la carte sides. I went with lox and scallion spread on an everything which was fabulous. She loved the cinnamon raisin bagel with the honey walnut spread. Daily made spreads. Also chicken salad and egg salad looked great too. Loved the coffee. I can’t say it enough, amazing staff. Hosting you into their place and just great. We heard about other places in area while visiting. We decided to go with the highest rated truly local spot and loved it. There are probably other places that focus on more exotic coffees or sweets. This is bagels with a lot of protein options cooked fresh. Cash only which is already spoken of no problem. Bagels are better!!
