I recently ordered from New China 3, and while the food and service were satisfactory, there was one aspect that left me with mixed feelings. The restaurant has a minimum charge requirement of $15 for card transactions, which affected my overall experience. The food quality was decent; I ordered a dish priced at $11, and it met my expectations in terms of taste and portion size. However, when I decided to add a soda for an additional $4 to meet the minimum charge requirement for card payments, it felt a bit forced. While I understand that businesses need to cover transaction fees, a more flexible policy could be more customer-friendly.

Food was average. Delivery was speedy. I ordered off the Grubhub app. I specified extra chicken for an extra 2 dollars. The portion was less than average even adding the extra chicken. The restaurant did not include utensils or fortune cookies. They only gave one packet of soy sauce, duck sauce, and hot sauce. They only gave me 2 napkins. I also specified pork fried rice with my order but received white rice. Overall I would give them my business. The next time I order I will call it in and make sure they repeat the order back.

I was looking for Chinese takeout because my regular place was closed. I love the little things in Chinese food, like pork bits in the Wonton soup, bits of egg in the fried rice, pineapple in the sweet and sour chicken. Unfortunately, none of these things were present in this food. The food was passable, but I will definitely stay with my regular place.

The food was burnt and inedible. When I called to let them know the woman I spoke to did not care. I would not order from here again.

This place has the most delicious Chinese food I’ve tried in westchester, it’s always fresh and tasty. I’ve ordered for 4 years every Sunday and it never disappoints.

Id give them zero stars if I could. Been ordering delivery here for years and never had a problem with them until now. When I called to ask for a refund for an item they forgot to give me they hung up on me and told me that its not "their" fault and yelled at me when I called back. These guys did nothing for my trouble after all these years of patronage. I wouldnt recommend them anymore theyve gone downhill. There are so many other places to order from.

Great place. Love the food. The person at the counter is super friendly and super nice. Sorry for the average atmosphere rating, but it is just a standard Chinese food interior.

I’ve been living in Harrison for many years and this place serves excellent Chinese food. The portions are generous and the food is delicious. The woman who manages the restaurant is very polite and well mannered too. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews because those folks have no idea about anything.

Very nice people have gone there before with no complaints. Tonight the cook must have had a bad day. The sauce to the eggfoo young tasted burnt and the boneless spare ribs were over cooked and over sauced to hide the fact.Boneless Spare Ribs

I had been ordering here for a while because the were close and quick but they penny pinch at every chance, are not friendly and it makes ordering a frustrating experience. Today I got home and dropped my dumpling sauce all over the floor due to a loose lid on the sauce. I called and asked if I could pick up another sauce and was told it would be .30 for another sauce. I told them I had dropped mine and asked if they were serious and they said yes it would be .30 to pick up another sauce. I told them no way and was hung up on. This is only the most recent of a couple experiences. There are other places that serve better food, will be kinder, and will give you a replacement dumpling sauce if you drop yours

Have fallen in love with their Singapore Noodles and Shrimp with lobster sauce. Reminds us of Chinese food back in Australia.
