As a student on campus going here is one of the worst experiences ever. The music is almost always blaring in there but that is a small complaint my biggest complaint is about a women that works there she’s is the oldest woman that works there and she wears glasses, every single interaction that I have with her is absolutely ridiculous she is always rude to me for no reason and she always spells my name wrong despite the fact that I have said it slower and even spelled it out for her myself and my name is really common and simple I swear she does it on purpose at this point her attitude with me has gotten so bad that I do my best to only show up when she’s is NOT working, if y’all know what’s good for you, you will fire her or at least teach her how to spell

I really enjoy Starbucks, but this particular location has one consistent issue — the manager. I think her name is Wendy. She always seems irritated. Every interaction feels rushed and uncomfortable, as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists. I completely understand that managing a busy café can be stressful, but a leadership role should come with at least a hint of patience and warmth. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be part of her skill set. Her attitude sets the tone for the entire store, and it’s noticeable. I’m sure she runs a tight operation, but there’s a big difference between being firm and being unfriendly. A little customer service training or even just a genuine smile would make a world of difference. It’s not too much to expect basic courtesy from the person in charge.

yo i never leave reviews but i hate this starbucks. worst staff ever LMFAOOO like i watched them have a whole convo while no one made my drink and the store was empty. when i said sum about it they looked at me funny as hell. and this happened more than once. always a bad experience lmao

This is one of the best Starbucks out there. If you ever go to visit be sure to try the food, especially the tomato and mozerella panini. The food is amazing and underrated in Starbucks. Thanks guys!
It's a college 5bucks.If you hit it at the wrong time...... You will wait......And you may feel geriatric....Though after the assisted living opens on campus (this is real) that demographic may swing wildly......
Parking: Like 4 legal spots.....I think 6 paid spots across the "lot"
