This is a good chain with consistent Burgers and decent Fries, but the winner is the chicken sandwich and Gluten free fried chicken and collard green wraps. The shakes are decent but $11 . No frills decent bar but gluten free buns are little too thick that takes away from the burger..

I am a frequent Bareburger customer. I order the chicken, burgers ,fries, Brussel sprouts and you cant go wrong, but when you have exceptional customer service it makes it even better. I forgot to make my bun gluten as I have severe allergies and Eric called my phone to verify and rectify the situation. That is the most caring and going one step beyond customer service
Update,,,customer service is great but for those of you with allergies please be careful as they did advise me that there is cross contamination with all items,,,very disappointed to not order from here anymore. Those with gluten allergies and celiac this can not be your go to place anymore

I used to like this place but so disappointing recently. They don’t toss the Caesar salad together, you have to do it yourself, their fries aren’t salted enough, too brown. The people are nice, but I am not sure why they don’t make an effort on the food experience.
When I walked in, I immediately noticed my table was dirty and so was the bar. Wondering why? They only had 1 employee sitting down customers and also taking their orders. On a FRIDAY!
Nonetheless, I sat down and ate, I ordered a burger and couldn’t even finish it. The amount of oil I received in my plate is insane!! The employee not ONCE checked on me until it was time to bring the stupid GAMEBOY to tip and pay. Never again!
