First time eating here since moving to the hood a few months ago. Been meaning to come here for a while and I was not disappointed. I had the eggplant meatballs as an app. Not bad at all, but the corn garnish was not needed (corn was on everything on the menu rn). Strange taste with tomato sauce. The orrechiete with lamb was terrific! Really balanced and the orrechiete was super fresh. Recommended. If you're tall like me, avoid sitting at the bar, it's cramped, especially during a busy service, you'll get bumped in to. Only two service staff for small place, but they did a great job, no long waits for anything and they were rolling. I look forward to going back!

Absolutely amazing! As a foodie this is a most visit. I have been coming here all the way from CT. It is that good. The staff is friendly shoutout to Willy who makes the best old fashioned and has the best recommendations for bourbon. Chef Joe is a culinary genius I have never had a bad meal in my 5 years of eating here! This is the perfect place to have dinner or host a private party! My top favorite dishes are braised short ribs, orecchiette pasta and the burger. Also for starters their flats and chopped salad are delish. This is one of the best restaurants in the 914 area. Everything is farm to table and made fresh. They also have amazing specials if you ever see the octopus or soft shell crab order immediately. You must try this restaurant!!!!

We had work dinner here for our small office. The service, cozy atmosphere and food created a wonderful night! The appetizers included the chopped salad, eggplant meatballs and the wild mushroom flat. They were all fresh and delicious. Our entrees continued to delight, of note the ricotta gnocchi was light and fluffy and absolutely delicious. The short ribs, and cod dish were other hits with our group. This restaurant is a true gem, we will be back to try other meals.
