This Dunkin sucks, every morning I’ll put in a mobile order and the employees must not read the orders while making them because the order is always incorrect or missing something. Staff is always on their phone and give you messy coffee cups dripping coffee all over, it’s not like this location is extremely busy for them to be performing this poorly.

I usually go to this DD for coffee in the am but after my recent experience maybe not! About 1 1/2 ago I went into the store and spoke with really nice baristas and told them how our community school was having a brunch for the kids. Asked them if they would donate someDonuts for the kids. The baristas said that they didn't think this so would be a problem and took my information in order to pass along to a manager. Three days later I had not heard back and I decided to go to the store. Received the same response and was told that someone would get back to me. Just yesterday I went back to the store and reminded them that the event was today and I need to find out if the store would assist us. The baristas working that day tried calling a manager and received no response again. They sent me to the DD by the Hartsdale train station would also tried to call the same manager and was given a very upsetting response. The manager stated that if I had given them enough notice they would donated donuts to the school! Mind you this is the same Manager that manages the store on central Ave!!! I was given the runaround for no reason. If they would've said no from the beginning that would've been fine. But this is a business that succeeds because of us community members. The amount of times I go to DD in a week is insane. My kids love it too! So to receive this type of treatment was heart breaking smh. Shame on you DD.

I love how it’s so close to my apartment and I can just walk there, but they don’t always have my favorite drink which is Frozen Hot Chocolate. They say they don’t have the powder sometimes which is disappointing. But I’m not hating I love this place still!
