This used to be my favorite Dunkin' but no longer. Coffee is often burnt or made incorrectly. Employees don't look happy.It's as if management doesn't care that this place is going downhill.
IG: challengethezagat During Covid, they've been hiring good baristas lately. The baristas do a solid job of crafting the beverages. I never expected to get fresh and good cold foam in my drink. Better than that, they accommodate whatever you need. Granted, employees in the past were usually not friendly but things have changed. Cold foam cold brew with 2 pumps caramel swirl. Iced coffee in replacement also is equally awesome.

I love how it’s so close to my apartment and I can just walk there, but they don’t always have my favorite drink which is Frozen Hot Chocolate. They say they don’t have the powder sometimes which is disappointing. But I’m not hating I love this place still!
