“I had a very pleasant experience here. It was easy to find a spot across the street. I ordered via the app and by the time I walked in my order was waiting for me. Luckily I checked the contents of the bag and noticed I was one doughnut short. When I brought this to the attention of the man and woman behind the counter they almost fell over apologizing to me. I actually felt a bit guilty. Anyway the employees are very nice, the store is very clean, and there are tables and chairs. Also, unlike other Dunkins later in the day, they did not substitute doughnuts, as they were still fully stocked. “Dangerously delish donuts!My husband and I came by after work a couple of weeks ago to try a couple of donuts. Before even leaving the parking lot we went back in for more!We own a shop less than 10 mins away and trust me we will be back regularly. I can’t post photos because we ate them expeditiously ???My fave is the cinnamon sugar and the bare (plain).The staff is friendly and efficient which is lovely to see and experience.???“

“I don't remember how I found out about this place, but I was intrigued. Finally several months later, I went there on a Wednesday morning...and OH BOY! I ordered 6 donuts (a variety) from the menu (approximately $15) and they were worth every dollar and every calorie. First of all, they are prepared & topped fresh. No old, dry donuts here. (If you've ever gone to that other place at 10AM, you know what I'm talking about.) I got the donuts to go and the car ride home was driving me NUTS!! The aroma of the donuts made me want to rip the lid off the box and shove them into my mouth. Seriously...they smelled amazing. When I got home, I couldn't wait to see if what my nose smelled would live up to the hype. I ate the Coconut Island Bliss and it did not disappoint. Let's start with, the donut was warm (cake donut). The chocolate was all melt-y and delicious. I wanted to take a bite of each of the flavors right then and there, but I didn't. Later in the evening I did try another donut. Let me say this, they come in a box, but they did not dry out after several hours (unlike those other donuts we all know about). The flavors were really nice. I also really enjoyed Sunrise (lemon icing and raspberry). I AM DEFINITELY GOING BACK THERE.“

The donut and scone don’t taste like they’re missing anything, they’re delicious. “My favorite bagels !! They also make homemade cream cheese that is so delicious ! Their bagels are fresh, soft and taste like a true NY bagel! I bring down their bagels to my friend in Florida when I come visit her because she misses NY bagels. My favorite bagels are their cheddar and their blueberry. But honestly every bagel is so good. I love their veggie cream cheese and their jalapeño. Try the jalapeño cream cheese with the cheddar bagel. It's delicious ! The owners aren't too friendly but the bagels are so good it doesn't matter. It's definitely a grab and go type of place, even tho there is seating inside.“

“It's a decent Deli with Boars Head cold cuts. The choices were abundant, and the bread was fresh as were the tomatoes & lettuce. Service was quick enough but the parking is a major issue. Not enough and not friendly to larger vehicles.“

“This location is certainly one of the 'order in person and take to go' Dunkin locations as there is very limited seating available. The facility is clean and open, with very fast and courteous staff. Good amount of parking and prime street corner location. Solid Dunkin.Parking: Parking lot has a one-way traffic flow, starting from the corner and heading up North Avenue. You may have to make a small turn onto the side street to enter the lot properly.“

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

“Whenever I had craving for a sweet snack you can bet I simply stopped by Dunkin Donuts. The Main Street on New Rochelle had so many options for quick food but one place I always felt comfortable walking into was definitely this place. Per my observation it was a scene for people between the ages of 15 to 30. Not too many large families passed through here. They had a small sized parking lot right outside as well as one on the hill behind them.Because I happened to enter their establishment around the same time each time I happened to always meet several donuts warm on the rack and ready. One of their tastiest products is the Chicken Snack N' Go. I think DD should do more to promote this item and I would recommend that everyone try it since it's not very expensive.“

“We haven't been to this Dunkin' Donuts in quite some time but I purchased a donut and a bagel bite. The bagel Bites are way too expensive and you only get two of them. In my fondest opinion, Dunkin' Donuts is ripping people off. They should be giving three of them in an order. The donuts are generally getting smaller and smaller at Dunkin' Donuts including their coffee rolls and it's almost embarrassing. However, my tea was nice and hot the way I like it and I always have a nice experience with the workers. The Dunkin' Donuts staff is excellent however the quality of the food is diminishing and so are the sizes of their selection. It's sad but it's happening. “I need this review to be seen by the manager, I just came from dunkin donuts on Washington street in Pleasantville NY and the guy that works there is absolutely horrible, does not know how to make coffee, talks way to much and has the music blaring, people come in and see him there and leave, you only have a very few good workers there, the ones early in the morning and the older peru women that just went on vacation for 2 weeks, this guy is there by himself and is awful, I always come in for a toasted almond latte 3 sweet & lows & almond milk, the whole cup is filled with almond milk, it's like he poured a whole container of almond milk in my cup with hardly no latte, I pay good money for this coffee and I frequent your dunkin donuts 3 to 4 night's a week, please you must know what is going on there with cameras, the place was disgustingly filthy tonight on top of it, I just found out one of my favorite young girls who worked there when he's there quit and went to Starbucks, I am very disappointed and very angry about this whole matter, please do something about this before you lose a lot of business“
