“Beautiful location. Ample parking in their free lot. Store is small but beautiful. Spotlessly clean and well lighted. Three hard working employees; not a cell phone in use amongst them. My app order was ready inside 30 seconds. Tables and chairs in abundance, with a really nice view out the windows. Coffee was hot and fresh, doughnuts fresh and delicious. Place was active but not at all crowded.

“Excellent bagels made in store. This shop is very popular with locals. Lines at peak times. I rated atmosphere at five because it’s possible to speak with other locals at tables and chairs (5 tables and 15 chairs including a single table and chair next to a south facing window -great sun trap on a cold morning). My favourite is an everything bagel with cream cheese toasted and coffee.“

“The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“

Stuck in traffic for 2 hours to get to the airport, only to hear that my flight was canceled and no more flights for several days (after waiting on line for another 2 1/2hrs). I hadn't eaten all day. “10/10 experience. I don't get dunkin often but when I do I always come here. Early today I placed an order threw the dunkin app but it glitched so I was charged but the order never got received by the store. I explained the situation to the manager, showed proof that I was charged, and without hesitation he made my order within 4 minutes and was extremely nice about the whole thing. The store was clean, everyone was working fast, and they were all very nice.“

But the manager(Female) is not pleasant at all..even towards the employees...I had gone today to do my regular and I made it up to the counter to order and she came from the back to do something and as soon as I and the ppl behind me seen her we exited the store...I hadn't a clue the people behind me were exiting for the same exact reason until we were all outside...
