This is my local Dunkin . I'm extremely satisfied with the service . Every morning I pre-order my breakfast for work and I rarely have an issue . Only time I have one is if they have a new staff meme er who doesn't know how to make my coffee properly. I like my coffee dark no sugar and a lot of times they make it either way to milky or black . But other then that I'm really happy with them and there service
