“My daughter won a contest on Instagram for 2 free meals, drinks and cookies. She invited her sister, so it was 3 of us. We drove from Babylon to Manhasset to try this cute little cafe. When we got there I let the cashier, maybe manager know who we were. She was so gracious, explained the menu items and recommended the coffees we should try. We placed our order and waited. The food that came out was so pretty, smelled amazing and was delicious too.“

“Everyday right before 9 pm I get coffee from this Starbucks. The waitress at the drive through is always greeting with big smile. It's before closing time she must be tired too but everytime she is so kind and nice. You don't get this kind of treatment often. Not only her but most of them that I met in this particular store has good energy and good vibes. It's not just a coffee its more than a cup of coffee. I love this place. Hope you enjoy it too. 👍👍👍“

“Mixed experiences at this Starbucks. The times I’ve visited these two lovely girls, Mariela and Grace have always gotten my order out quickly with no issues. Wednesday afternoons are always a great experience with friendly and helpful staff. However, my recent Thursday visit was disappointing. The store looked messy, staff seemed confused and had attitude, and my drink wasn’t made properly. When I asked for a fix, they didn’t seem to know what to do. It honestly feels like poor management and lack of training.
I’ve noticed that the service and cleanings has lacked in the past couple months.
I’ll stick to Wednesday afternoons or Friday mornings for the better service.“

“I was a passerby not from the neighborhood and decided to try this coffee spot and it was very underrated and didnt have many reviews but the coffee here is truly amazing and strong unlike many other cafes these are real strong espresso shots that will give u energy. I had their hot latte which came with 3 shots and i asked for an extra one and it came out very strong like i wanted it kept me awake for a long time on very little sleep. Very law enforcement friendly and fairly priced i rather pay $4 for a cup of coffee here and have real coffee than $8 at Starbucks or dunkin for tasteless coffee.

We also tried the mango sticky rice drink and the jasmine matcha latte, and both were sooo good! The mango sticky rice drink is such a fun and unique combination, while the jasmine matcha latte has such a nice floral flavor.

“We stopped here randomly on our way back from the Hamptons to New Jersey and we had one of the best service experiences we have ever had at a restaurant. Our server was personally invested in making sure we had the best experience in any restaurant ever!

The menu is all Indian with lots of non-veg and vegetarian options. They offered to customize anything on the menu we wished for and made food without onion garlic for me. The food was very fresh and tasty. We ordered Alleppey fish curry and Palak Paneer with Kerala Poratta. Rice was complimentary.

“Came here around 10:30pm at night looking for a matcha latte. I was confused at first because it looks like a hotpot spot. So it seems like it’s three different stores in one. Along with Cotto Coffee, they also serve BK lemon and Mala Siblings Hotpot. They have the two different beverage spot menus posted by the cashier. I was able to easily order off the Cotto menu at the late hour even thought people were mostly there for the hotpot. Iced matcha latte was good. One of the cashiers quickly made it for me and asked me for my specifications (milk, sugar level if I wanted sugar). It was the little pick me up I needed.“

“This place is wonderful that I stumbled upon it a couple months ago and I have been coming back weekly ever since. I have yet to have a drink I didn’t like here and the same goes for their desserts.

The cinnamon rolls? So sweet and indulgent, they come in packs of two so it’s perfect for those who wanna share an order.

The croissants? Buttery, flaky, everything you want in a croissant is how they make it here. Plus they have different fillings if you don’t want a plain croissant.

The desserts? They are RICH. I can buy one and have it in the fridge for two or three days, all you need is a spoon or two and you’re good to go. Even buying one of the bite sized ones instead is what I tend to do sometimes because all you need is one bite and you’re good. Plus the bite sizes have the different flavors as well, they did some cereal flavors recently and it was AMAZING!

Also the staff are so nice and polite. I have a mom with diabetes who comes here and they constantly warn her if something is too sweet and have her taste her drinks to see what they can add for her. They remember the little things and that makes it easier to converse with them.“
