“My daughter won a contest on Instagram for 2 free meals, drinks and cookies. She invited her sister, so it was 3 of us. We drove from Babylon to Manhasset to try this cute little cafe. When we got there I let the cashier, maybe manager know who we were. She was so gracious, explained the menu items and recommended the coffees we should try. We placed our order and waited. The food that came out was so pretty, smelled amazing and was delicious too.“

“Everyday right before 9 pm I get coffee from this Starbucks. The waitress at the drive through is always greeting with big smile. It's before closing time she must be tired too but everytime she is so kind and nice. You don't get this kind of treatment often. Not only her but most of them that I met in this particular store has good energy and good vibes. It's not just a coffee its more than a cup of coffee. I love this place. Hope you enjoy it too. 👍👍👍“

“Mixed experiences at this Starbucks. The times I’ve visited these two lovely girls, Mariela and Grace have always gotten my order out quickly with no issues. Wednesday afternoons are always a great experience with friendly and helpful staff. However, my recent Thursday visit was disappointing. The store looked messy, staff seemed confused and had attitude, and my drink wasn’t made properly. When I asked for a fix, they didn’t seem to know what to do. It honestly feels like poor management and lack of training.
I’ve noticed that the service and cleanings has lacked in the past couple months.
I’ll stick to Wednesday afternoons or Friday mornings for the better service.“

“Beautiful coffee shop on Queens Blvd. I had a cortado and a black cup of coffee. Both were just ok. The food and the pastires are the draw here. Too many delicious cakes to mention. The avocado toast was outstanding. Topped with grape tomatoes, feta, calmata olives, and herbs. Outstanding. I had the spinach and cheese filo dough pie that was great as well. The shop is very well appointed. There's outdoor seating. Service was great.“

“I stopped by before work and was really impressed. The cold brew was fantastic, very smooth, rich, and easy to drink without any bitterness. It’s the kind of coffee that stands well on its own and makes you want to savor every sip.

I also love that they’re open early, which makes it a convenient stop on my morning commute. Finding a great coffee shop that’s open when you actually need it can be surprisingly difficult, so this is a huge plus. I’ll definitely be stopping by more often and look forward to trying more of their coffee offerings.“

I'm a matcha enthusiast and I have been to Maiko before but never had their soft serve. This was exactly what I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth! The flavor is sweet enough and the matcha really come through - I can compare the flavor profile to Chigi no shiro by Marukyu Koyamaen. “Came here around 10:30pm at night looking for a matcha latte. I was confused at first because it looks like a hotpot spot. So it seems like it’s three different stores in one. Along with Cotto Coffee, they also serve BK lemon and Mala Siblings Hotpot. They have the two different beverage spot menus posted by the cashier. I was able to easily order off the Cotto menu at the late hour even thought people were mostly there for the hotpot. Iced matcha latte was good. One of the cashiers quickly made it for me and asked me for my specifications (milk, sugar level if I wanted sugar). It was the little pick me up I needed.“

Here’s what we tried:
Pistachio Latte (4.5/5): Perfectly balanced and full of rich pistachio flavor without being overwhelming

Dirty Yuzu (4/5): A really interesting combination. It has a nice, subtle tang from the yuzu that works surprisingly well, and it’s thankfully not overly sweet

Black Sesame Latte (4.5/5): Smooth, well-balanced, and hits just the right level of sweetness

“my iced dalgona latte was alright, not the best espresso not the worst. the delicious breakfast platter made up for it though, and it is pricey, but SO worth it. not pictured but i also got an ube milk tea, which was great and very flavorful. the cafe itself is very beautiful and comfy, i was here with my friends for hours. staff is nice and helpful :) this place is a must-visit for breakfast lovers!!“
