“I really appreciate the service at this store it was very quick and efficient. The manager was especially patient and helpful.
I ordered three sandwiches, six coffees, and six donuts. Since all the coffees were different, I thought there might be confusion, but she explained everything clearly and labeled each one perfectly. I also didn’t have much idea about the donuts, but she guided me and helped me choose six. They were all fresh and tasted really good.
I truly appreciate her patience and excellent customer service. I even told her personally how much I appreciated it.“

“We work in really close to this Dunkin and they make the best frozen coffee with vanilla swirl! The other Dunkin’s make it sour but this Dunkin knows how to make the best sweet vanilla coffee! “Just have to give a quick shoutout to Hard Bean on Merrick Ave. Victor and his wife Elise opened 10 days ago just north of the train station. My fiancé and I were talking to the owners and learned that opening a coffee shop was Victor’s dream. After working at his previous career for almost 30 years, he retired and opened this place. It’s charming inside and the coffee is delicious and less expensive than *$s. They are literally a mom and pop shop and after spending some time there I wanted to post to support and recommend Hard Bean to all the locals.“

“I had a wonderful experience here. The Butter Cookie Latte was absolutely amazing—easily one of the best specialty lattes I’ve had in a long time. The Caprese sandwich was good and fresh, though it wasn’t quite as memorable as the coffee.

“Our first time at this cute spot and the coffee did not disappoint. I tried their Dominican Mocha Latte and it was not overly sweet but so delicious. That’s
how you can tell it’s quality coffee - when you don’t need all those sweet syrups. Hubby tried their Dulce De Leche Latte and he loved it! We will definitely be back.“
