“I go to this location every day, 7 days a week, and the staff is incredible. Each of my days is made better starting with the warm and friendly care shown to me personally (and my order). Ladies like Terri are sensational. Jade as well, and really everyone I come into contact with. Managers like Jalene and Molly are terrific too. It’s more than coffee for me - it’s positive energy to start my day. Visit and say hello to them. Personalize the experience, you’ll be happy you did.“

“Ordered Ham and cheese sandwich at the counter. Good price and sandwich was good, with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Then I bought a box of k-cups. Price on shelf showed $8.99. I was charged $9.99. I questioned it and they said $8.99 for decaf. Then she looked it up and it had two prices for each flavor , $8.99 and $9.99 for regular, French vanilla, dark roast, etc…she gave me $1 back. Thank you. The chicken wings and empanadas at the other counter had no prices and the guy seemed a little annoyed because I asked him twice about the price of the chicken…“

“Clean store, super friendly staff and fast service, with very warm food! We stopped to use the restroom which was for customers only but the manager/owner allowed us entry, to which we then agreed to purchase things. Thank you for being a very professional store.“

“We work in really close to this Dunkin and they make the best frozen coffee with vanilla swirl! The other Dunkin’s make it sour but this Dunkin knows how to make the best sweet vanilla coffee! Reminds me and my sister of the old Dunkin Colatta or whatever they used to call it! It’s so good and the people here are really kind to us!“

“Just have to give a quick shoutout to Hard Bean on Merrick Ave. Victor and his wife Elise opened 10 days ago just north of the train station. My fiancé and I were talking to the owners and learned that opening a coffee shop was Victor’s dream. After working at his previous career for almost 30 years, he retired and opened this place. It’s charming inside and the coffee is delicious and less expensive than *$s. They are literally a mom and pop shop and after spending some time there I wanted to post to support and recommend Hard Bean to all the locals.“

“Our first time at this cute spot and the coffee did not disappoint. I tried their Dominican Mocha Latte and it was not overly sweet but so delicious. That’s
how you can tell it’s quality coffee - when you don’t need all those sweet syrups. Hubby tried their Dulce De Leche Latte and he loved it! We will definitely be back.“
