Great, comfortable place to work or read. Solid environment. Solid drinks but tuna sandwich was not very good. Still, excellent service and comfortable environment made up for it.
We've been to Pilar Coffee Bar twice now and each visit has been amazing! The iced fall pumpkin spice drinks are fantastic, and the breakfast we had today was delicious — the breakfast sandwich with sweet bacon and the veggie omelette were both excellent.
What really stands out is the owner, Justin, who goes out of his way to be nice and welcoming. He makes the whole experience feel extremely warm and inviting. This is officially our new go-to coffee spot!

Pilar Coffee Bar is easily one of my favorite spots on Long Island! Justin and his staff are truly the best—so friendly, welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere is a 10/10, and the menu has everything from seasonal drinks to breakfast, lunch, dinner and grab-and-go options.

Pilar Coffee Bar in Roslyn, NY is a great, comfortable place to work or read with a solid environment and solid drinks. The coffee bar has excellent service and a comfortable environment. The iced fall pumpkin spice drinks are fantastic, and the breakfast is delicious — the breakfast sandwich with sweet bacon and the veggie omelette are both excellent. The fall toffee nut and signature cookie butter lattes are amazing, the tuna croissant sandwich is incredibly fresh, and the Belgian waffles are perfectly crispy outside and soft inside. The warm, soft and gooey cookie croissant completely steals the show. The menu has everything from seasonal drinks to breakfast, lunch, dinner and grab-and-go options. The atmosphere is a 10/10. The spot is very clean with lots of seating, outdoor and indoor sitting with ample parking. Staff are super friendly and attentive, and food comes out fast. The owner goes out of his way to be nice and welcoming, making the whole experience feel extremely warm and inviting. This is a must-visit in Roslyn. The only issue is that the music is too loud, feeling like a club; softer music or lower volume would make it perfect for taking calls, doing work, and talking to friends.
