“Customer service was great, it's a small shop but very friendly. They didn't have what I was looking for on the shelves, it was very limited but as far as coffee is concerned that would be made to order and they did have bottled drinks available. But they didn't have a lot on the shelves by way of donuts or other pastries.“

“To be fair I've been going here for most of my life. I will not claim that I am well versed in Jewish bakeries, but I will claim that this place is splendid, and that I am a gent that knows good food. I love the rugelach and the linzer cookies especially, but I've bought multiple other pastries they've made over the years , too. The black and white cookies are also quite fresh and delicious as well. It almost goes without saying that the challah bread is phenomenal, as I always end up buying a few loaves fairly often . I buy fairly large amounts of their stuff every time I go, which is the only reason I put so high on the spend per person . The place is big with fresh goods lining every wall, so bring some friends and treat yourselves.“

“So the other day I wound up on the wrong A train. I planned on getting off at the Conuit station and cross over to the other side to correct my mistake. As I was walking to go towards the steps, I noticed that there was a new gas station or new to me and it had a Tim Hortons and Pizza Hut. So I decided to go check it out and grab me some Pizza Hut and just call an Uber instead. Which worked out just lovely for me. This location seems to be fairly new and very clean for the most part, the place is very spacious clean and has a variety of things to choose from. I was very impressed with a Service, and that made my selection from the Pizza Hut section. The snacks section was endless as well. I chose a personal pepperoni and a plain as they were two for $8.I also noticed that they make sandwiches as well. Next time I will check out their big shop to see what they offer. This time I was unable to do so because my Uber showed up quicker than I expected.“

“The Dunkin’ at hillside near to Bank of America is really a good place to visit for your breakfast fast and coffee. I liked the people over there. It’s bit congested inside for dine in, but ok manageable. I had been there many times and they never compromised on quality of food and service. A recommend this Dunkin’ to everyone“

“This is my go to spot in the mornings when I’m going to work. I stop by there to get my coffee Monday through Friday’s. Kriti and her manager Karan are the best. Customer service is the best anywhere. I don’t go on Friday’s because they are not thier. But none the less best place to get a quick cup of coffee. I always get by double double. They know once I park my car. Awesome customer service and really good coffee.“

Mobile orders have been ready quick and prepared correctly, food is good and service is friendly and quick. They do get really busy but try their best to keep up with the rush. “I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size.

Parking: Adequate parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: I did not see any adequate wheelchair access. At least not from the parking lot where someone who might park actually try to enter the store from.“

“The ladies in the morning are always pleasant. My mobile orders are 99% correct and everything is made on time. No complaints.
If I was someone that wanted to sit and stay in a dunkin for a few hours this one has limited seating and is rather small so I'd go to a different one (There's one a block a away and one in the village). Parking can be rough at times.“

This Dunkin’ is super convenient, especially being right near Harbor Hill School. I’ve stopped in a few times when I’m in the area—either for a quick coffee or something on the go.

Our order was late one time and they were very apologetic and compensated us for the wait. We only waited 5 mins, which other places would consider “normal waiting times”. “Small shop is inside gas station. It is very busy because it also located between Grant Ave Subway pass. station and Sutter Ave building complex. Pastries is fresh and when more than one batista to serve the line move faster. Good location for snack and breakfast.“

After only a few times coming to this location the staff (a woman) knew my order. Nobody has ever messed up my order and I've never had to wait an excessive amount. “I really like this Forest Hills Metropolitan Ave location. I met the owner Imran once and stayed in touch; he seems friendly and down to earth.

It’s what one would expect with D & D espresso but it’s consistent & convenient. As a health conscious vegetarian, I appreciate that they have non dessert and non meat food items such as avocado, toast, hash browns, bagels.

The staff here are welcoming, friendly, hard working and professional.

They have tables and which was helpful for my 78 year old mom (when she was alive) who was able to get here with her walker. (one floor, No stairs, a designated mobility needs table, but no bathrooms)

This location is small but has few tables, chairs plus stools along a long table along the window

I really appreciate seeing folks of all ages from students, families to seniors in our neighborhood visit.

D & D staff Poly and Andalip are also professional, friendly and welcoming and it's incredible that this Dunkin’ Donuts is open in this blizzard today (Sunday, Jan 25, 2026)!

I just picked up espresso and bagels when other stores are closed. Let’s acknowledge how hard this staff works, staying open and working happily even during storms and many holidays. Remember to tip them!
