“Customer service was great, it's a small shop but very friendly. They didn't have what I was looking for on the shelves, it was very limited but as far as coffee is concerned that would be made to order and they did have bottled drinks available. But they didn't have a lot on the shelves by way of donuts or other pastries.“
“I never thought I'd be writing a review for a Dunkin Donuts, much less a "Yay! I'm a fan" review. But the Great Neck Dunkin Donuts impressed me greatly today and I figured I should share my experiences. Being across from the train station, I'm sure this location gets a lot of customers like me who run and and need to run right out to catch a train. Today, I really put them to the test. I had a 10:50 AM train to catch. I ran into the store at 10:45. Happily there was no line. I asked if they could make me a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant in time for me to catch the train. I guess they hear this all the time, as she didn't skip a beat and gave my order to the man in back. Short story shorter, by 10:47 I had paid and had my sandwich in my hand. Of course, when I got to the platform at 10:48, I heard an announcement saying the train was delayed 9 minutes. Thanks as always, LIRR. Having a fast food restaurant across from a train station brings on extra responsibilities. Not only do you have to have food that's hot and fresh, it needs to be super fast. This is something this Dunkin Donuts excels at. I've been here when there have been long lines and yet the lines always move super fast (if there's a hold up it's usually the fault of a customer...I would suggest studying the first at and being prepared if you don't want to get nasty looks from people behind you trying to catch a train). It's a bit difficult to give them a star rating. At this location, I'd easily give their service 5 stars based on all the times I've been there. Granted, they are still Dunkin Donuts, which means from a taste perspective their Coffee gets 5 stars, their pastries get 4 stars, their flavored Coffee gets 3 stars, and their sandwiches get 2-3 stars. So I'll average it all out and give them 4 stars. If you need a quick bite on your way to the City, or a good old fashioned coffee where you don't need to know Italian to order, I highly recommend this place.“
“This place looks very artsy on the outside, once you step inside you feel like you’re at home with the decor. There are two self serve kiosks which are really well designed and easy to use. The food is absolutely delicious and reasonably priced! Definitely come here for authentic Korean street food.“
“This place has amazing food and brings so much nostalgia for authentic Korean corn dogs, twist bread, and donuts. Service is great. I highly recommend the corn dogs and korean donuts, as well as sweet potato ball. Reserve ahead of time for pickup if you are ordering for a group.Vegetarian options: Sweet potato balls, twist bread, corn dogs“
“Pretty cool donut shop. Cool music in the background. Donuts come out fresh and warm! You can order ice cream to go with your donuts. I didnt try the coffee, but I hope it’s good cuz then they got the trifecta of the delectable dessert thing down ?“
“*Sweet Potato CroffleA delicate croffle topped with goguma mousse and whipped cream, sprinkled with ube powder. The goguma paste was subtly sweet with a melt-in-your-mouth smooth texture. My preferred flavor because I LOVE sweet potatoes.*Blueberry CroffleGenerously spread with housemade blueberry cream cheese and fresh blueberries on top, the croffle doubled up the blueberry flavors.“
“This is a very cute shop, my hubby and I took a long drive here but it was well worth it. The minute I walked in, I was so happy seeing and smelling their delicious mochi donuts. They have a delicious selection on teas as well. If I lived closer, I'd go there every day. The service was great, the woman who helped us was so kind and friendly.“
“I had been wanting to try this place and decided on a whim to stop by when we happened to get dinner nearby, and was so glad we did! We had the mont blanc and Oreo croffles (they only had a few options left at the end of the day). They still tasted fresh, great texture, and flavors were nice without being too sweet. I hope they expand their savory options too, but either way will definitely be back!“
