I liked the decor of the restaurant. We were the only people there from 5:30-7:30pm which is weird for a Thursday night. i ordered the veal dish $34. I've never had veal like that . it was made in a lot of liquid and it tasted boiled . the mashed potatoes were good. but if i go there again, i will order pizza

Had a great burger & fries for lunch today at Granita. Fries were hot & crisp and sprinkled with Parmesan & rosemary, and the burger was so good! I usually order my burgers medium-cooked so it keeps a good flavor, and Granita tops it with balsamic shallots, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and thick pickle slices. Truly, the burger doesn’t need anything else! And because I was in the mood today, I decided to finish with a piece of tiramisu. Creamy mascarpone over coffee-soaked ladyfingers… delicious! I did manage to get a photo of the tiramisu before I dove into it, can’t say the same for the rest of my meal, which disappeared too quickly! Highly recommend this place, their wood-fired pizzas, fresh pastas, and secondi menu are all wonderful too.

Best food I've had in a long time. I had the osso bucco and my friend had the soft shell crab francese. Even the drinks were amazing. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Great atmosphere. Classy restaurant and bar. Feels like you are in Manhattan. Attentive service. Fun specialty cocktails. Considering its size it is a big menu with lots of specials. Their marinara is delicious. Pizza is good as well.
Excellent place to eat. The food is great and the service even better. We tend to visit for dinner once a week that's how good it is.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst service I have ever encountered in a restaurant, for mediocre food. I have eaten there before and it is usually empty. Tonight they were packed and clearly couldn't handle it. The service was chaotic. They messed up multiple parts of our order including not bringing one person's food at all (no apology, just gave us several totally different excuses about why the food didn't arrive) so everyone else was finished eating and ready to leave by the time his food finally came. We understand mistakes happen, but instead of being gracious about it, they handled it extremely rudely! Would never go back.

It was a wonderful family dinner. We had various appetizers - all were fresh + delicious. The short ribs special was excellent - so tender and flavorful. And, last but not least, the owners, Benny + Alore, (Forgive my spelling if incorrect) are terrific. Each brother compliments the other in providing stellar service. Granita is a neighborhood gem.
