We don't dine in. We order delivery from Hartsdale House of Pizza like once a week. I don't know what the atmosphere is inside but I can only assume it's amazing just based on the food and the delivery people.The food is always top notch. So good! We just ordered the Blanco Pizza for the first time today. I wish we ordered two pies instead of one. There are only the two of us to eat it but it's gone. Sad. I realized I had to take the time to write a 5 star review for this 5 star House of Pizza.When we have had a long work week, we treat ourselves to HHoP. It's yummy. It's comforting. It's happy food.Thank you for always giving us the extra bread instead of salad with our pasta dinners. You guys are the best.WE LUV YOU !!!

I had a pizza Epiphany today! Was in the neighborhood in the mid-afternoon so I decided to finally go over to Hartsdale House of Pizza (203 East Hartsdale Avenue).Let's start off with the owner, Mark. He is as personable as John is from Pizza Fenice. They are buds, and Mark says they collaborate. I could see where a case can be made for that. I really like Pizza Fenice. Let's make that known. But I must say, that what I ate today over three slices of trying, systematically blew me out of the water! I started off with the plain slice because quite frankly everything starts off with the plain slice, IMHO. With the very first bite, it was perfection, and brought me back to 1968 back in the Bronx and the wonderful pizza shops that I frequented back then. It's the first thing that hit me. Perfect crust, delicious sauce, extraordinary cheese and a crunchy overall slice. Easily a 9.5. I could eat this all day!Next up was there Buffalo slice. I've always thought that nobody could beat Capri Pizza and Pasta for a Buffalo slice; I was wrong! This was a 10; a real culinary delight. Mark came over and was so nice to give us a sampling of his Cacio E Pepe slice. So nice of him! Although I must say that it was not exactly my favorite, it was really good as well. Just not my favorite, but crispy and satisfying at an 8.2. wonderful cheesecake for dessert . Yum.Anyway, pictures are attached (the last three pictures are others that they sell, but I didn't sample yet). This is a must stop for everybody. Yes, I'm a pizza snob. I could eat this all day everyday. And the people are so nice. That doesn't hurt either. Enjoy!!

First time here for me. A Detroit and a regular slice. The only Detroit they had was what looked to me like an "Everything" ... included pepperoni, sausage, onion, regular sauce, vodka sauce, ham ... would have preferred a regular or pepperoni Detroit. Will try to come back some time earlier in the day because maybe at that point that's all they had left.The Detroit was heavy. It was definitely the better of the two slices. For me, too much cheese on the top layer which overwhelmed the other ingredients. Others may have different preferences and may be ok with this.The plain slice was disappointing. Again, overwhelmed with too much cheese (and I like cheese!). Sauce could have been tastier. And while the crust did have some crunch to it near the center, it did have some flop as I ate towards the outside. Again, certainly ok for some, I prefer my pizza with a crunch to it.Good to have another option for Detroit style. I note a few other reviews that complained about the counter service. They were not nasty and certainly fine, but I do think they could have been a bit friendlier and a few more smiles couldn't hurt.Will give it another try sometime.

Ordered online delivered by gruhub (around 35 minutes from order to delivery, which I think is very fast). Came cold - and overcooked (maybe was sitting around and they used it to fill the order?). I called and they were nice and let me know I could order something else.

Really nice neighborhood place. It is more of a takeout spot but the food is very good. The arugula salad with apples is delicious and so are a lot of their sandwiches. They really do use good ingredients. Everything I have had has always tasted fresh. Keep up the good work guys !
