Avoid this place. $40 for two bagel sandwiches. The sandwiches were just decent. The worst of it is the customer service. I order the same sandwich in every bagel shop I go to with seldom issue. A mistake was made on my sandwich, I asked them to please fix it and was told that “I ordered it wrong”…Are you kidding me?

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese, it was missing cheese. Ordered an egg salad sandwich of a bagel and it was a cool squishy bagel with plain egg salad no lettuce no tomato and no onions. Just old egg salad that tasted like a refrigerator. Coffee was old as well.

I decided don't ever go back to this place ... this place is really slow, the set up they have to take care of their customers is the worst .... they have a small flat griddle (I think is 30in × 24in) where they cook all the orders ..... and only 1 person can be there, there is no room for this person to get help .... there are people that order breakfast for the whole family .... if you are behind them, be prepared to wait 40 minutes for your coffee and breakfast sandwich .... don't believe me???? ..... try it !!! .....

There seems to be all new staff who is unsure of how to use the cash register. I was charged different prices twice. Also, the rolls for sandwich continue to he stale. Really disappointing this shop has always been my go to in the mornings.

Out of town for 3 weeks. 10/2 return to find all new staff, another round of price increases and several standard items out of stock. What happened? They were a big reason to go there. Friendly smiling personable and knowing their regulars. New owners? Not a normal staff turnover. For me this is very disappointing and perhaps reason to drop them.

Pretty good bagels, prices were a little on the pricey side especially for sandwiches. The nova spread is good, the bagels themself are standard.
I like the number of cream cheese options they have.

Old hard bagels and Old hard poppy seed muffins. Don't go here. Quality is down!!. Very disapointing!! Used to be very good years ago. Changed a lot won't go here no more. No thanks!!!!

While I like the bagels, they charge extra for additional things. I just paid $16.75 for two flats bagels, with bacon, egg and cheese. They charged me extra for the flat bagel and extra for the egg whites and extra for the butter (.50). I want to support local businesses but $8 for a breakfast sandwich seems a little much. The male cook is very nice and makes a good sandwich, I hope the staff is paid accordingly.

This place used to be great, I don't know what happened. Today I ordered 24 bagels, 2 lbs of regular cream cheese, and paid $62The bagels are stale, I'm fairly certain they are from yesterday. definetely not fresh.
