The atmosphere was very cute and and the service was great. I’ve been on the hunt for a great banh mi sandwich in the area and unfortunately this was not the place. The banh mi lacked flavor and was missing all the colorful veggies banh mi’s usually have like cilantro, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber, jalapeños. Mine did not have much filling. I love this place and have been going here for Vietnamese for more than a decade. Food is great. Staff are so friendly and hard working. I wish they had more parking and more tables. But mostly I hope they stay open for years to come…

They don’t need this positive review, but I think every review is in some way helpful or impactful.
As far as overall, I’d give them more than 5 stars. The service was great: I cannot eat certain spices and I called a few times to make sure. I know the pho dish I ordered shouldn’t have those spices but some places put them in the broth. When I arrived, I made sure again, and the waiter remembered me from the previous day when I called. He assured me.
