Tsuru is wonderful! We moved to Hartsdale two years ago and have been dining here often since then. The ambience is casual and pleasant. The service is both polite and fast. We have each tried several dishes and all have been delicious. They have a bar if you care to imbibe, soft drinks or tea if not. The whole dining experience is excellent!
Is it the best sushi? No, but it’s okay. It’s reminiscent of the type of sushi you’d get from Shop Rite or Wegmans - the pre packaged ones in the plastic container. I’m sure you can find something on the menu here that you like. I can’t say that I would go back though.If you’re a texture person stay away from the spicy tuna roll or the salmon roll.
