Went for dinner last night with my husband. A wonderfully unpretentious spot. BYOB. Quite possibly the best Italian food I've ever had. Service was great. I can't believe it took us this long to find. Will absolutely frequent regularly go forward!

Just had The Tina - a lunchtime special w mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, tomato and fig jam on a multi grain roll. Delish and substantial!I look forward to the warm days where they open their doors for fresh air.

My friend and I stopped for breakfast. We ordered blueberry pancakes, a side of bacon and coffee. The pancakes were huge, with blueberries both inside and around the pancakes with REAL organic cinnamon maple syrup. They were just DELICIOUS! The bacon was perfect. Just yummy and crunchy!The owner served us and he was very attentive!He told us he and his brother are getting ready to redo the interior of the restaurant(which is a bit kooky with different plastic tablecloths on each table). He was very friendly telling us about his cooking background and his family’s involvement in a restaurant in Tuckahoe. When I mentioned I had read about their eggs Benedict he told me they bake their own English Muffins. I will DEFINITELY return to try them.Try this place I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised.Parking: Right in front of the restaurant and free.

Incredible sandwiches! I'm always greated with a smile and some delicious food when I stop by the Bistro House! Today I tried the Classic Italian Combo. Delicious and generous portion of cold cuts and cheese. The calabrian chili and the oil and vinegar dressing balance out this sandwich and add a nice tang. Everything is so fresh. While you are there find out what Angelo and Anthony's mom has baked. Her desserts and pastries are the best! Check out their Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich on homemade english muffins as well!

Great little bistro with delicious food, and warm and friendly service. We went there for brunch twice, and their Eggs Benedict is literally one of the best I ever had. We are ordering our Christmas dinner from them and plan on going back for dinner very soon.
Bistro House is absolutely fantastic. From the friendly brothers who run the restaurant to the brunch, sandwiches and dinner entrees served throughout the day. Not to mention the fresh ground coffee and delicious desserts. My wife and I love their food so much that we just placed our Christmas dinner order with them today. Word will spread of their food throughout the river towns, of that I am sure. Be sure to give them a try you will be back.
