Service was great. 5 out of 5 for the service. I've tasted a lot of gluten free desserts and food items in NY. This was my first purchase here at this bakery in Westchester. The red velvet cake that I received might be a bit too creamy and sweet on the icing for my personal taste so I gave it a 3.5 out of 5. The cake is still good. Atmosphere is nice so I give that a 4 out of 5.

I stopped in here not realizing it was a gluten-free bakery. I'm so glad, because had I known I probably wouldn't have bothered. If I didn't know, I wouldn't have known. Everything was delicious. My favorite were the coconut macaroons.

Delicious gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods. I am gluten-free so I frequently order from BTW Bakery. I don't tell my guests that it's gluten-free until after they've eaten it because they always rave about how delicious it is and would never know the difference!

I love By the Way Bakery and I’ve been to their other locations and I have to say this is one of their lesser ones. The customer service is lacking here and every time I visit this location it’s not a great experience and I feel uncomfortable. I definitely recommend their Greenwich, Connecticut location because the By the Way Bakery products are amazing, just don’t let their customer service throw you off!

If you like baked goods, BTW is as good as it gets. If you also require gluten-free and/or dairy free, you've hit the proverbial jackpot!! No way you can distinguish between BTW and any other mainstream bakery. A bit pricey but worth it. My personal favorite - Coconut Cake - next level!

My husband and I are both gluten free and knew part of our cake would need to be gluten free. We ended having By the Way make the cake for the entire wedding. Everyone couldn't believe the cake was gluten free and dairy free. Our only regret is not eating more of it on our wedding day . We cant wait to eat it for our 1 year anniversary
