i ordered a dairy free carrot cake for my cousin with dairy allergies and the cake was delicious and moist plus they really decorated it to the theme we were going for. mind you it was 195$ but that was because of the design i requested and it was worth every cent imo

Jania was SO kind, helpful and patient. As mother-of-the bride, needing just 6 gluten free cupcakes last minute, she kindly walked me through it and helped me be able to have those for my guests. Thank you, Jania!!!

I just about wanted to cry when I did a search for “gluten free near me” after finishing a Sunday long run in Hastings-on-Hudson and By The Way popped up!
The shop is adorable and the gf pastries are beautiful.
I bought a small apple cake and a mini cream puff (def needed more cream but maybe it was an anomaly of the batch) and a coffee.
Will certainly be ending next week’s long run in that direction.

The baked goods were delicious, but the person behind the counter acted like they hated their life.

LOVE this totally Gluten Free Bakery. Everything we had was so good! Defibitky try the cream puffs and the almond cookies. Cute area in Hastings-on-

Service was great. 5 out of 5 for the service. I've tasted a lot of gluten free desserts and food items in NY. This was my first purchase here at this bakery in Westchester. The red velvet cake that I received might be a bit too creamy and sweet on the icing for my personal taste so I gave it a 3.5 out of 5. The cake is still good. Atmosphere is nice so I give that a 4 out of 5.

I stopped in here not realizing it was a gluten-free bakery. I'm so glad, because had I known I probably wouldn't have bothered. If I didn't know, I wouldn't have known. Everything was delicious. My favorite were the coconut macaroons.

Delicious gluten-free and dairy-free baked goods. I am gluten-free so I frequently order from BTW Bakery. I don't tell my guests that it's gluten-free until after they've eaten it because they always rave about how delicious it is and would never know the difference!
