The worst bagel shop. The lack of hospitality and the blatant disregard for their patrons is the main reason to stay away. Also their bagels can't hold toppings and the store is filthy.

The bagels are excellent, they're not trying to be anything other than a bagel shop that makes damn good bagels. If you want something fancy or where they greet you with a big fake smile and "heeeelllloooo" go to starbucks. I've been going here for as long as i can remember, local, love it, you don't like it get outta here.

Wheelchair accessibility: The bagel shop is street level and there is room for wheelchairs, keeping in mind it is more of a bagel store so there is no indoor seating for anyone.

To all the peeps moaning about 7.25 for a BEC, welcome to New York. That is not a high price. Love the place. Love the bagels.
Good bagels, terrible customer service:/ my husband saw the review of the order pop up on the screen, we got outside and one bagel was wrong which is totally fine. I went back in to get it switched and she told me it was my fault and proceeded to charge the $1 difference. She was so rude from the start it was confusing. Awful human skills on this staff lady.

But most importantly, their price is too high. I mean, few things are more easily comparable across the us than the price of a bacon egg cheese sandwich, right?To be fair, their sandwich was good.

Negative 10 if I could but let’s start with how Crowded it gets and the workers the chunky cashier with missing teeth is very unprofessional can’t ask her if she cut the bagel because she will give answer with a nasty remark she obviously hates her job and has a very nasty attitude to prove it. Don’t ask any questions about your food.Will not be returning and will ask my friends and family to avoid this unclean establishment. Very overpriced for what they offer. Avoid this place at all costs, unless you want to overpay and be treated with poor service.
