Everything we had was incredible. The food was delicious and the cocktails were great too. Loved the menu of the day. The atmosphere was great too. We will definitely return

Went for a surprise birthday party and it was a fixed menu. Good wine options and food was really delicious and service attentive. Most of it was family style and since others didn't eat the divine pate, I was not leaving that to be thrown out!!! I had the brook trout and enjoyed every bite.

Came for Christmas Eve prix fixe and we were blown away by everything Saint George’s had to offer. The prix fixe menu had great offerings and the portions were more than plentiful. Everything tasted amazing, the space is very cozy and the staff is excellent. Will be returning for a warm lunch or dinner next time I’m in Hastings.

We adore this charming French bistro! The food is absolutely delightful, and the service is consistently top-notch, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The drinks are a true treat, never failing to impress. Having visited a dozen or so times, our experience has been consistently perfect. Don't miss out on the Beef Bourguignon—it's the best I've ever had! The onion soup is smothered in cheese and is delicious!

A cozy little bistro nearby the Hudson River in the village of Hastings on Hudson. Delicious food like escargot, and mussels frite. It has a absinthe bar which I have not yet encountered anywhere. Great service, low noise, friendly atmosphere.

Everything I ordered was very good. The rainbow trout was perfect, beef Bourguignon perfect the onion soup was very cheesy and had a really nice sweetness from the onions. Brûlée was really lovely. Staff was great, only lost 1/2 a star because it was busy and we had to wait a tiny bit at the end, but not too long.

Saint George is a decent bet, not the best French meal you will ever have (by a long shot) but perfectly respectable, tasty enough, fresh and relatively unpretentious. The seating is too tight, and the chairs are inappropriate for the clientele- Please buy some chairs for grown-ups!
