At 2pm on a Tuesday this location was “closed” while all the staff sat at a table shouting at me it was closed, when I inquired if the drive through was open they said, to each other, “what part of closed does she not understand” as I walked away.

What the heck. Asked the lady if it would take long. Lady guaranteed ‘no’. Then it takes ages, all these other people get their stuff before me. Had to leave without my items (but having paid for them). Horrible management there. If they say it will be fast do not trust them. Slowest place ever!

Horrible customer service. I told the lady a venti summer skies drink and a venti mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino, and they gave me a grande Frappuccino. Another lady with an attitude told me the printout came out with a grande, which means you got charged for a grande, you want to pay for the difference? All I thought was 17 dollars for these two drinks. It would have been cheaper if I ordered from the app. What happened to customers is always right?

Very bad service, they didn’t get my order right and did nothing about it. The workers were really disrespectful. When I went to the drive thru to ask for water and napkins they didn’t want to give napkins and just told me to go to the front. Overall they were very rude.

rude salesday - castro( i.d. badge) . she is abrupt and impatient to a disabled . she rushes to get the orders happened last 05/09/24 am . she denied me of my orders because i wasn’t too quick with my orders . she needed to be fired . no empathy to a disabled individual . please train your sales persons of proper customer service and etiquette. i will report this matter to corporate office and government to be investigated .

Another place where opening hours mean nothing at all. Supposed to close at 8 (according to the website) and went there twice around 7:30/45 and they were closed cleaning the kitchen to be sure to get out at 8... Shame on this lazy attitude. Nothing more to say.

Customer service here is terrible. Rude employees seems to be a reoccurring theme in these reviews. Employee couldn’t hear me through the intercom drive-thru and very rudely told me he “couldn’t hear a single word I was saying.” There is a way to talk to people/customers and this is not it. It’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. Save yourself the attitude and disrespect and just go to the next nearest Starbucks.
