We catered for 100 people from Branchanelli’s earlier this month. All of the food was delicious. It was fresh and hot when we picked it up. The tray of calamari was crispy and you can tell it was just cooked. Our guests kept telling us how much they enjoyed their dinner.
Branchinelli's easily has the best Italian food in Suffolk county and probably in the top 3 on Long Island. My wife's family has been eating there for over 40 years and if we fly into Islip in the afternoon it's our first stop for dinner. They start you off with warm focaccia and soft chewy rolls. They have a wide range of Italian classics. My wife enjoys the alla vodka with penne and I always seem to get the broccoli rabe with either sausage or veal. The hot and...
Had lunch with the family here the other day. When the food arrived none of us thought we'd be able to finish our meals, but all of us ate every bite. I had the calzone; huge. Marinara sauce is perfect, not too sweet.
