Food was terrible, eggplant tasteless, steak burnt, pasta salty......bad experience, never going back and would not recommend. There are way better places out there.

Went for my son's birthday, food was absolutely terrible, the eggplant tasteless, steak burnt, pasta way to salty....not a good experience, would definitely not recommend it or ever go back.

Yesterday I called in a lunch order at 11:30am of a meatball sandwich and a quart of chicken soup. I was told 20 min which I thought was a little long but okay. I walked in 15 minutes later hoping that my order would be done early but understanding if it took the 20 minutes. I paid and was told to hold on while they check the order, the hostess came back and told me it'll be a few minutes. Another 15 minutes later I asked again where is my lunch as I was told about 20 minutes and it had now been over 30 again I was told to hold on while they checked, another 5 minutes later the gentleman finally came with my food apologized saying the kitchen staff must be asleep which is no consolation to me as I can now eat my food because my entire lunch hour had been taken. I ate half to meatball sandwich in the truck on the way back to the job site The meatball sandwich was soggy and messy. The soup I saved for another day as I had no more time to eat. This evening I took the soup out of the fridge and heated it up and then poured it in a bowl only to find that it was not the chicken soup I ordered but pasta fagioli. I don't think I would eat that for lunch ever again and it will be a while before I try dinner there.

I have yet to dine inside however I have ordered for delivery and it has always been fantastic. My most recent interaction is why I give them 5 stars. I had a bad experience with UberEats refunding an order I accidently placed and the manager here was kind enough to call and give me a gift card. The generiousty and customer service is something a lot of places are missing and I am so happy Patrizia's has it. Thank you for the kind gesture!

We spent our son's 36 birthday for my son with friends and family. We all left very happy and full. Definitely a place we will come again and again!!!!

Great food, excellent service and atmosphere. Good for large parties as well. I had the eggplant Parmesan. The bread and oil they serve prior to your meal is amazing, be careful not to eat so much of the bread they serve prior to your meal, it is so good it might fill you up. Everybody at our table loved their meals.
