Party of 12 on Sunday with Reservation including children. Drinks and apps came in a timely manner. There was a long delay as much as 45 minutes before the main courses came. Was informed that kitchen was backed up because of take out orders. Should prioritize customers in restaurant. 3.5 hours is a long time for dinner especially with childred. And Also because we had a family style package. It had a fun atmosphere to celebrate a birthday. Just need to take care of customers in restaurant first. If I come back I will pay more attention to delivery of food with staff.

We went here tonight for dinner. Food and atmosphere were good. The only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because our entrees came over 2 and a half hours after we sat down. We had apps and there was over an hour wait in between. When we asked the waitress what was going on she point blank told us that we were put to the side because they had so many take out orders come in and they needed to get them out. The customers that are already there SHOULD be priority. We had a lot of young kids that were pushed way past their bed times because of this delay. We unfortunately will not be going back.

It was our first time there and we really didn’t know what to expect. The room was crowded. We did get our drinks right away, and my husband did get his appetizer, but we waited over an hour for our entrée. All we saw coming out of the kitchen was salads, soups and pizzas. We were really disappointed as we were leaving. Some people were waiting so long for their dinners. They just left not very good no managers going around asking if everything was OK.

We were a party of 8. We went for my grandsons birthday. When we ordered we asked the waitress to bring out my granddaughter food first well It took one hours 45 minutes later some of the food come out my daughter was the last to get her food. The waitress would come to our table and when I wanted to ask her a question she was gone. Not asking everyone at the table if they needed any thing the food was good not excellent. But the service was absolutely awful. Never again the service in my opinion should be one of the most important things. I don’t mind paying they are expensive and again the service sucked. Don’t go here if you want good service

My 2nd time there. This one was disappointing. Had a reservation with friends, but had to wait for a table. Love the espresso martinis and food was good, however we were rushed out after only an hour. We were still ordering dessert and drinks, but instead got the check dropped from our not so friendly server. Then ask to hurry because they had people waiting for a table??? I guess that’s the last time we go. There are a lot of places around that will do a better job. Really need to manage your reservations better.

Parking: We had to park in another restaurants parking lot. Not enough parking.

Patrizia's is a fantastic dining spot if you're a fan of affordable yet delicious Italian cuisine. Although the noise level can be quite loud and servers appear to be handling more tables than ideal, making it difficult to hear, the atmosphere remains festive and lively. It's especially great for birthday celebrations, as the entire crowd waves their napkins while the staff sings Happy Birthday. An added bonus is the live singer who serenades diners with classic Italian tunes, enhancing the overall experience.

My friend and I had dinner today at the bar and service was terrible. The food is great but the service is horrible. I arrived and it took more than 45 mins at the bar to get a drink. It’s a Monday night not busy at all. Place was empty.
I spent total of 4 hours there. I tried not to be rude but I had to call someone to get a second drink and get my bill. My waitress was too busy interacting with a man than making sure that my friend and I were ok. Multitasking I guess can be tough . Not impressed and wouldn’t go back to this place. This place is ghetto. Not like used to be years ago.

Food was good, great selection. Crowded, but I loved the atmosphere. Service was a big disappointment…we were only a party of six! Mix up with the bill compounded with the poor service ruined it for me!!! Left restaurant aggravated!! They did compensate us with a 25.00 gift card.

Would not recommend. Had a reservation, showed up a few minutes early to a very packed waiting area. Apparently a lot of other people had the same reservation time and they overbooked by a good amount. Waited a little over 20 minutes for our table.
Server was very poor, barely checked on us, long waits in between seating, ordering, drinks. Kids food was brought out about 15 minutes after ordering, we waited another 30-40 minutes for my wife's and my meal. I cannot stand when everyone doesnt come out together or at least close to it.
Waited another 15 minutes for the check after asking for it as the server passed our table 6 times.
2-1/2 hours total for dinner with no appetizers or dessert, very poor management and service.
The food was the only decent thing

This is NOT the place to meet friends or family for a pleasant conversation, particularly on a Friday or Saturday night. It was like being at a wedding reception right near the band. No way to have any conversation. As far as the food, it was mediocre Italian.

Was going in with my husband when I saw a DAMN rat run across the restaurant. When I brought it up to the server she laughed at me and I overheard her saying racial slurs about my husband and I to another table. Would NOT recommend. Definitely disappointed and appalled.
