“Sakura is a hidden gem and hands down my favorite sushi spot in the Hauppauge/Smithtown area. It’s a small, family owned restaurant, and Maggie and her husband go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. They’re always so kind and attentive, which adds a personal touch you don’t often find.
The food here is incredible. Every dish is packed with flavor and always fresh. My absolute favorite is the shumai soup it’s my go to comfort food. Their torched rolls are consistently amazing, and when I’m looking for something on the lighter side, the diet roll is a great low-carb option.
Also worth mentioning: the fried rice is generous and perfect for sharing, and the crab salad is a must-try so refreshing and flavorful.
I come here for the quality of the food. If you’re in the area and love sushi, Sakura is a must-try.“

“I want to take this opportunity to express my deep deep gratitude towards this store. Loved this this blimpie!!! Way better than all the other one. Blimpir is just overall really good. Loved all the sandwiches here. Staff is really helpful and nice, beautiful food and atmosphere. I would love to write an essay about this being the best sub shop I've ever been to. Wayyy better than subway I would say, the prices were phenomenal,definitely try. 👌“

“The girl who served us was very sweet and kind. Food was delicious and made to perfection. The place was also very clean and quiet. Also my first time ever seeing a restaurant with the fountain drinks with all types of drink and all flavors available. That was a big plus :))“
