ZERO STARS!! Absolutely unacceptable policies and extremely rude staff. This location forces delivery drivers to walk up to the drive-thru window—on foot—through active traffic, even in heavy rain or late at night. It’s dangerous, inconsiderate, and completely unreasonable. Employees are rigid, unhelpful, and show zero concern for safety. Serious changes need to be made. Worst McDonalds location!!!

This is easily the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. These people have no clue what they're doing. They take forever to answer the mic, they constantly mess up my order, and they allow Uber eats and door dash drivers to just walk up on foot and cut you off at the drive thru to pick up their food. Imagine waiting in a long line just for some dude to walk out of his car and cut the line for a door dash or Uber eats pick up. Unbelievable, you're better off going to TACO BELL!

Ordered from the drive thru waited 39 minutes and they forgot my food went inside and they forgot my food handed to me my food cold and didn’t care… this is apparently my 3rd time they get worse and worse everytime 🤷♂️

The new design is a disaster. Play place is closed, feel like you are eating in a jail cell and no soda machine. Won’t come back to this location again.

Placed a mobile order on 1/27/25 and did a drive through pick up, while at the drive through i placed a second order for a number 6 fish o filet, paid by tap and pulled up to the pick up window they gave me the mobile order but not my second order when I realized I went back in the store and spoke to a crew member who looked angry as hell she went to drive through section and cane back saying they don't know anything about a second order meanwhile I was charged 12.45 for the number 6 I have yet to receive. She then tells me I have to place a new order, like are you crazy and I already paid for a sandwich i have yet to receive. She then tells me I'll be refunded in 24 hours which I am hoping to see because other wise we go have a problem.
They are slow and sloppy the crew members seem to have an attitude and not every eager to help. They need to do better at finding or replacing an order when they mess up.i usually like McDonald's but after today I don't i don't feel like I'll go there anymore.
