Connor was excellent in sharing wine information and helping us find some great wines. I recommend trying wines you don’t normally drink as you might find you enjoy some different wines here. We left with 2 boxes. Since they can’t ship to CT :-( expect we’ll be back soon.
This is an amazing spot to stop in the Finger Lakes. This was my 2nd time visiting, and both times, years apart, were fantastic. They offer a wide range of wine options and wine based cocktails.
They allow dogs in the tasting room, plus have plenty of outdoor seating overlooking the lake.
We ended up leaving with a case of wine because we enjoyed everything we tasted. The man pouring our tasting was engaging and very knowledgeable.

Last weekend was the first time my partner and I went to Watkins Glen area/finger lakes to do wine tasting. Leidenfrost was by far our favorite place of the weekend! Not only is it queer-friendly with delicious wine and a wonderful view, but the staff is absolutely lovely. Connor is a GEM and really made our experience phenomenal - it was fun, informative, and made us want to stay there all day. We couldn’t recommend this place (and Connor) enough, and can’t wait to come back...
