This place was amazing! And such a good value, forgot to take any food pics because it was devoured. We debated coming here the next day as it was that good. There was 5 of us and we got so much food for $70, everything was delicious. No wait or anything but we did come at an off hour.

My buddy and I get there around 10:00 or so we sit down and ordered and Waited an hour and a half to get out food, a party of 4 shows up 10 minutes after us and they get served before we do by the time we got our food and finished eating it was nearly noon, to top it off there was a hair in one of my pancakes, definitely don’t come here and expect to be in and out in a timely manner

food was fine but we waited an hour and a half ….for breakfast!! no one offered to bring us more beverages after sitting for so long to wait for food. those who entered after us had already been fed and left long before we were even served!!!!! very disappointed in the service.

Like taking a step back in time. The homemade bread for toast was beyond amazing. So light and fluffy with a tasty crunch.
Ordered 3 specials between 2 people and had zero regrets.
The sausage gravy was the best I have ever had in over 4 decades of eating.
Plan to return next time I am in the finger lakes

My family and I came here many times this summer and every visit was great. The food is fresh and homemade, and the staff are genuine and friendly. Some reviews complain about service, but I think people come in with unrealistic expectations— this isn’t fine dining, it’s a small local café with amazing food and down to earth people. If you’re kind, they’ll be kind right back. One of our favorite spots!
The food was just OK. Nothing special honestly. We could see into the kitchen from our seats at the bar and it didn’t look very clean. Also there were piles of paperwork and such at the end where we were seated. Overall the place looked a little old and run down. I hate to leave a review such as this, but I think they could do better.

Want to give more stars…when we arrived it was packed and we had to wait an about 10-15 minutes for a table. Took about five minutes for someone to welcome and acknowledge us though they saw us walk in and could have done so sooner.
Finally ordered, which took a while. Waited and waited and waited for food. There were three people working in the kitchen and by the time we ordered it was pretty empty. Unclear why it took so long. We were there an hour before we actually ate. Definitely not the speed of a typical diner.
The food was very good. Picture perfect. The taste of the pancakes reminded me of McDonald’s pancakes. Have had better. A fly joined us once our food arrived which was annoying.
The servers/owner (?) were not unkind but also nothing to rave about here. They all seemed tired. Water for tea was not hot enough. No one checked in on us after we got our food. Had to go to counter to get further service and check. If go, allow plenty of time.
