I've creams are good and everything but this place looks old and run down. It's been around for over thirty years or more and nothing has changed. Really needs a make over , but in some communities , how it looks doesn't matter to them.

Soft serve is not smooth, which in my opinion, leads me to believe that this location DOES NOT use Carvel brand soft serve ice cream

I have been going here for the past 22 years I took my wife here on our first ice cream date and then my kids since little and I still love this place like the first time
Looks really run down from the outside. We genuinely thought it had closed down. But the ice cream was good and the service was friendly. Will be back next trip.

I bought a birthday cake for my daughter even though I wanted her too get cupcakes any way I bought half sheet cake too make a long story short WHERE WAS THE CRUNCHES there was nothing but ice cream more chocolate then anything we was better off making our own ice cream cake and the CRUNCHIES is what really makes the ice cream cake so disappointing and a waste of money too be honest I was so upset I was gonna take the cake too where I bought it in Hempstead on Jerusalem ave and show them what they are selling BUYER BEWARE ……..
