Lost a 30+ year customer plus other customers related. I arrived right as they closed. Realizing I would not be able to make a purchase, I tried getting the attention of the employees plus owner to ask a question. They deliberately continued to ignore me. The level of friendliness and customer service has definitely changed. Every time I'm in town I make several visits to this location because it was a childhood favorite. My experience at Carvel's was a positive one .The young lady that served me was professional and pleasant. The ice cream was fresh and tasty as ALWAYS! However, I was disappointed that the Egg nog flavored ice cream wont be out until next month.

I've creams are good and everything but this place looks old and run down. It's been around for over thirty years or more and nothing has changed. Really needs a make over , but in some communities , how it looks doesn't matter to them.
