What a fun place!! Food was excellent..guac was some of the best we've had! Empanadas were amazing as were the margs! Went for my birthday and the mariachi band comes over and sings and gives you a tequila shot too! So fun!

Notes aren't read that are added to Open Table...I left a note that is was my husband's birthday, and ask if they would be able to sing when appetizer arrived. I didn't want to ask when I arrived at the restaurant. The portions are a bit small for the cost. The dining experience overall was very good.

Food was very good (ceviche, fajitas, guacamole). Attentive servers; accurate orders, & tweaked the loud music down for us! Drinks were fine, but inconsistent. Will definitely recommend, and eat there again.

This was a perfect 5 star experience until we finished, paid the bill and the MANAGER came over and asked us if we were done to leave because they were busy and needed the table. How rude! Now I will never recommend or go back.

I love the place. Please understand that Saturday night service is the barometer I use to evaluate service standards. Saturday Night and the place is packed. Luckily we went with friends and the chips and salsa helped the hunger pains but after 1/2 hour no one approached us to introduce us as the server. I have been here many times during the week and this Never happened before. Food is authentic as it gets in NY. Enchilada's with mole is my go to. On this night I had the Temperia, shell steak with an enchilada. Very Good ! Fajitas , chicken or beef were good also.

We went last night with friends. We have gone in the past but it was exceptional on every level !! The five stars I gave were not enough to say what a wonderful experience we had. And we really enjoyed the live music! Can't wait to return . Thank you.

It was about 15 of us just having beer & some shots to celebrate an engagement.They automatically added a 20 % tip without telling us .My husband luckily noticed & the bartender confirmed that that was correct.I understand at a table with a lot of people ordering food & drinks you add gratuity but at the bar for just drinks?????we didnt even order any mixed drinks .That is just terrible business $35 tip & then not even tell us when you give us the bill .
