Carbone's Waterside Restaurant

This is my first time here, it was also their last night open for this season 2025. The food was phenomenal, I absolutely recommend this place I cannot wait to go there next year during season

Absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant. There was quite an interesting smell on the water when we first arrived, but it passed quickly. We were fortunate enough to dine at sunset and the views on the water were gorgeous. Appetizers were especially good. The tuna nachos were literally to die for. Each of our meals was amazing in his own, right.

Prime rib was excellent! Prompt, super friendly service, and the appettizers and main courses were absolutely delicious, The food was perfectly served with minimal wait time! Very GREAT EXPERIENCE!!

We had a large family gathering and Carbones treated us spectacularly. Obviously we had a reservation with 13 people but they were ready for us on time.

A lot of different foods on the table, but the mozzarella, the wings, the meatballs and my entree of grilled salmon were all very tasty. Everyone seemed more than satisfied with all the food we had, and there was plenty of it and a wide variety.

The ambiance is terrific with views of the lake and a back deck for folks to dine. Our server was terrific, meeting all of our needs in a more than timely fashion.

Highly recommended for a great night with great food and a great setting.

Food was good. The drinks were watered down and not well mixed. The service, including the host and waitress were a little rude. We mentioned politely the drinks were a little weak and the waitresses response was “well I don’t make the drinks”. Later I asked for a beer menu and the waitress just stared at me without responding until I told her to just forget it. In addition, everything was way over priced for sub par service, and drinks.

Came for dinner, stayed for the live music. The view on the water is fantastic, especially as the sun is going down. Recommend sitting out on the patio. The artist had everyone in the bar singing along to their favorite songs.

Food was amazing, waiter was very good, they forgot to seat us and we waited longer than usual, and I ordered a rare steak and it came well done. Hit or miss? I’ll try again.

Loved this place. The waiter was nice, attentive and accurate in taking our order, and the man behind the bar smiled and acknowledged us immediately when we walked in even though he was extremely busy. Initially we were seated inside, but they accepted our request to be moved outside because the weather was beautiful and it was close to sunset. I had the sea scallops and my son had steak. Everything tasted amazing.

We visited Saturday evening for a birthday dinner with a party of 7! The food was amazing and our waiter was very accommodating and all his recommendations were spot on. We all tried something different so we could share our plates. The salmon dinner and the shrimp scampi was my favorite! The calamari with the roasted peppers was amazing. We will definitely be visiting again this summer. The evening weather and view was perfect for the back deck and the expresso martini was even better yet! 🍸 🍤 ☀️ 🎉

Would highly recommend. They accommodated a large party with short notice. The service was incredible and warm. Everyone's meal exceeded any expectations. They were great with kids. I can't wait to go back.

Excellent food, Clam Chowder is a must try. Portions weren't skimpy. Carbone's Chicken Cutlet with Lobster was to die for. Big Fish Portion. No complaints

This place is fantastic! Perfect place for a nice waterside dinner offering a very impressive menu full of fantastic items. I went here 2 nights in a row and both were incredible. I had the crab cakes and lobster bisque night 1 and night 2 I had a crabcake and lobster roll with lobster bisque. Everything was fresh and fantastic. Highly recommend driving your boat over or stopping in Henderson if in the area!

Excellent atmosphere and service was exceptional. The owner greets customers and very active in overseeing operations. My prime rib and fries were excellent and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend
