The food is amazing. This is my first Time rating his place but I only have one issue. I’ve ordered over 20 times from this Applebee’s in Herkimer and never an issue. Great employees great service great atmosphere. My only issue is that The two last times I ordered food I’ve seen in here inside of my food the first Time when I took a bite, the hair was literally in my mouth. I almost swallowed it so I threw up everything and left the second time one after another I saw another...

Our server Carolyn was great and concerned of our orders!
The bathrooms are DISGUSTING (we were in here right after they opened so its not like 100 people used it) along with the carpets are black.
Food was good except for the fact that I asked for NO tomatoes in my salad but come to find out they put them in and then covered them up with more lettuce,
THEY (the cooks) will learn their lesson when someone has an allergic reaction and get sued!!!!!
