Had a problem a few weeks ago with a delivery order I placed. I called and the manager on duty said my next order would be free to make up for it. Yesterday(11/24) I called around 4:30 pm and placed an order. Was told it would be about 1/2 hour. After over 1 hour later I called back and asked where my order was and was told it was out for delivery. Guess WHAT. After another HOUR I tried calling back , NO ANSWER. John Rosenberg the delivery driver was extremely rude over the phone. Never got to meet him face to face because he NEVER DELIVERED MY FOOD. took my money and my tip tho! If this fool still has a job I’ll start to lose faith in humanity. Totally incompetent
