We have been buying Heidelberg French Peasant for almost a year. Nothing else. Love this stuff. Always open up the bag and eat the crusty end piece as soon as I get it home. Who writes a review about bread at 8:30 at night? So glad our local Price Chopper in Saugerties NY carries it. Wish they carried it at their store in Alexandria Bay. I love it naked! The bread, that is.
Heidleberg Bread First whole wheat bread I ever liked. I was in King Kullen looking at a huge row of bread wanting to buy something to make avacodo toast, didn't want chemicals in toast. I was reading ingredients & standing there a long time. An older women, my age, walked over and said her son had something to do with this company & it was perfect timing.
