I like to eat their Chipotle Chicken Club Flatbread, Three Cheese Chicken Quesadillas, Miss. Vickie’s Salt and Vinegar Chips, and a smoothie Blueberry Bliss with no bananas it’s very good. This has got to be one of the best smoothies that I ever tried. I love the flatbread so much it’s really good. I like the inside the most. The walls are so beautiful and it’s a lobster red. They have good smoothies here. It’s good to have it mostly during the summer whenever it’s too hot.

I go out of my way to go to the store when John is there in the evening. He is so much fun to visit. I’ve been to other Tropical Smoothie cafes and none of them make it like John. When you walk into the store John makes by you feel like a small neighborhood store with warmth and friendliness. Every business should have a John in their store. These days you walk into stores and you don’t get that small store, neighborhood feeling. I even took a selfie of the two of us to show my friends and family so they can go in the evening/ day to see John and place orders ❤️ I hope your company recognizes him for his outstanding job‼️ John has me coming back as a loyal customer.

My daughter and her father went to tropical smoothie and my daughter by accident picked the wrong smoothie. The employee snatched the smoothie from her and continued to berate her. My daughter buys from there all the time. It makes me wonder if the color of her skin played a part with this particular employee. Needless to say that was not a good experience for my family.
This is my favorite tropical smoothie Cafe. I usually always make a big order and modify my smoothies and the service is always perfect and I don't even have an issue with my order. Everytime I go the manager I believe is Lisa is always making sure her staff has the support they need and she is always hands on. I'm happy to see team work all the way down to management. She has a bright light about her that she brings into the business.

Honestly I don’t really do reviews cause I work customer service and I understand that it’s hard but I’m not rude to customers it’s disappointed to come to a store and the person serving my food throwing my bag slamming my food that I paid for with my earned money don’t come here the people are extremely rude I asked for a manager that lady got mad at me screamed at me and said get up and come speak to me in a loud tone I did not entertain her because she scared me and I do not like arguing with people that are handling my food but I felt extremely sad about my food being slammed as if I was not a paying customer
