I highly recommend this venue. My Indian-Bengali wedding held in this venue. It was just the amazing. The person who took care of my event was Akram. He is just amazing and he knows what he is doing. He is willing to help you out all the way. He did my decoration for the wedding the way I wanted & I must say It was just amazing, till the day of my event he made sure everything goes well. Also the food, it was on the point. All of the guest loved the food.Thank you once again Akram - Diksha & Samrat !

I had done my event at Antuns and it was the worst experience in my life. They didn’t allow any outside vendor to do my decor there and said I had to get my decor done from them, and it was the absolute worst experience ever. I can’t event fully express how bad it looked in my pictures. 100% don’t recommend anyone to do their event there. Absolute garbage customer care.

STAY AWAY!!! If I could give this place zero stars based on the management alone, I would. They are awful to deal with, unfriendly, unprofessional, and don't know how to run a venue properly or deal with customers properly. My friend's baby shower was being hosted there by her family, I was helping with planning. We were told they don't allow outside vendors for background decor and their minimum packages start at $1600. This was a small event and that was out of budget for just balloons. First of all, the contact I was given was terrible at responding and communication. When I did speak to him, he tells me to meet with him and he'll work with us. Ok. Finally made an appointment with another person, she tells me, we do allow outside vendors when I told her we would rather go somewhere else. She gave me some BS excuse and then tells me they can't do anything about the balloon decor price even though the other person said he'd help. These people are disorganized and don't even speak to each other. She never mentioned other things paying extra for a seat on the stage. We left without a solution. I found another decor person who did a fabulous job at a much lower cost. The day of the party, the owner comes and says why didn't we use their vendor, they don't allow outside vendors. Like, REALLY? You people need to get your act together. And then we can't use the chaise because it "belongs to them" and we have to pay extra. For an ugly, dirty, old broken piece of crap. The management people are the WORST!Then they set up the tables wrong, wrong size, wrong chairs, wrong color napkins. They run out pina colada mix not even half way through. This place is run down, dirty everything. The chairs, linens, the doors are broken, it's so ghetto yet they have the audacity to act like a-holes. The only good thing, Sima the event manager and her staff were great! She was so helpful and kind, loved her. The rest of you at this hellhole suck!

The primary issue was the quality of the food, which it fell short of expectations.The taste was bland, and it lacked the variety and flavor that you typically associate with a wedding banquet. Additionally, we noticed that the buffet trays were not well-maintained. They were often empty, and it seemed like there was a reluctance to refill them promptly. We had to ask the service people to fill the trays multiple times. The service people left the cake unnoticed after serving for 10-15 min.At least have some decency and provide the food as you promise, so we don't have to go outside to get food after the weeding.

Absolutely terrible experience. I would highly recommend you DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE. Extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I paid for 115 seats and they couldn’t set up enough seats or tables. The employees are discombobulated and they didnt have the dinner ready till an hour later ruining our planned events. They lost the cake and couldnt find it when we dropped it off in the morning. The employees, who barely know English and can’t communicate, started showing us pictures of multiple cakes. Additionally the manager and employees came to multiple people taking tips claiming the had none tips. The experience was terrible. The sound system was not set up when we got to the venue and that waste more time. Additionally the didnt have wireless mics and make every step of the engagement party for my sister extremely difficult. They were too busy focusing on the event upstairs. The drinks bar was AWFUL. No diet soda or cocktails. WE HAD GUESTS STANDING OUTSIDE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT SET UP ENOUGH SEATS. Not right. I am a senior VP for a firm and would never run my business this way. I will ensure that everyone on Long Island knows not to use this venue next week as I am speaking on News 12 and will explain this terrible experience. Absolutely horrendous and the managers answer to me was “sorry we dont have it or sorry” to everything that would be standard for every venue. Additionally the manager comes to my mother and harasses her for 210$ saying they set up extra speakers during the event. Disgraceful and distasteful behavior.

Nice event hall in Hicksville, Long Island. Interior decor is appealing & is well maintained. I attended a Mehndi event here Sat. 08/12/2023 & had a great time. The parking lot needs a little TLC. The lane markings have all but disappeared & some spots in the lot need to be re-paved.

I am Event Planner.By comparing with the other venues, it's an old building.The venue charges a lot, not less than other new venues, but the service here is not as excellent as that needs to be.The workers have no attention to details as requested. Dirty table clothes were used. The request to change to the clean one created a huge problem for the staff.Low level of customer service.Unpleasant experience.Can't recommend it. Sorry.It's better to select another one.I can suggest Leonard's Venue. The same prices and high quality of everything ?.
