I had a long piece of black hair in the Southwest Chicken Bowl. There was one waitress serving all tables. We hardly saw her. The restaurant needs a facelift. Not happy and won’t return here. I was at the Jericho Tpke Garden City Applebees on Mothers Day. I would rather drive there to eat. Poor management here.
