I was here last time @6:30 and they said we close at 7. Even though I ordered on the app. They said we’re out of pretzels. Said i had to go on the app to get a refund. Guess what couldn’t contact anyone and sent an email that was never replied to. Now today im back and there’s a line of people @6:30 and they said I’m not serving you. Don’t go here unless you want nothing because they won’t serve you.
Ordered delivery. Was so happy thinking I’d be able to try their sour cream and onion and the honey mustard nuggets. Got 2 cups of regular nuggets instead. Called but no one answered. Absolutely subpar service.

Uncomfortable work atmosphere! The Manager has preferential treatment amongst staff! Beware before filling out a application here to work, Hicksville location has VERY HIGH turn over rate, can't keep good staff!

My husband and I went to the mall & after shopping we wanted a snack. There was only one young lady on the register, trying really hard. The line was very long. There was some older looking lady sitting in a chair in a room. WHY... wouldn't someone help decrease the amount of people on the line? What happened to TEAM WORK? Where was the Manager? She needs to be fired! Bad BUSINESS!The jewelry stand across-from Annie's stated that two months ago they had no water but were serving customers!

Horrible service....bought pretzel nuggets they put a small hotdog in there! Disgusting...kid at register didn't know how long pretzels would take because only 1 was available! Will never return...
I ordered a classic pretzel with no salt & was given nuggets. It was cold & salty. Don't take customers' orders if you cannot fulfill them. I'm not a dog that eats scraps!
I love Auntie Annes specially the people who works here are so nice friendly they sell fresh baked all the times specially one of the manager name Wilson very friendly thanks guys
