My husband and I went to the mall & after shopping we wanted a snack. There was only one young lady on the register, trying really hard. The line was very long. There was some older looking lady sitting in a chair in a room. WHY... wouldn't someone help decrease the amount of people on the line? What happened to TEAM WORK? Where was the Manager? She needs to be fired! Bad BUSINESS!The jewelry stand across-from Annie's stated that two months ago they had no water but were serving customers!

I ordered a classic pretzel with no salt & was given nuggets. It was cold & salty. Don't take customers' orders if you cannot fulfill them. I'm not a dog that eats scraps!

I just bought the Classics Snack Pack through the Auntie Anne’s delivery app. According to the menu, this consists of 2 pretzel nuggets (I ordered one cinnamon and one original flavor) and 2 regular pretzels (which I order one cinnamon and one original flavor) as well. When the food arrived, I noticed that my original pretzel nuggets was missing. I called the store and the lady was very unhelpful and kept repeating “everything was there” even though it really wasn’t!! I’m deeply disappointed of the customer service I received and I just want to at least get a partial refund for my missing pretzel nuggets. The photo is what I received …
I gave the cashier $10 for a $4.88 pretzel and got 12 cents back in change. What's wrong with this picture? I wasnt going to argue over $5 but just want every customer to be careful. Esp if the cashier lady is wearing a cinnabon shirt.

I visited the store today, my son loves pretzels and ever since Covid-19 I’ve been very cautious with food outside. Young lady who helped me didn’t use gloves when grabbing my two orders. Nor I saw her sanitize her hands before grabbing my order. After she was handling cash, and after I left I observed to see if she sanitize after handling cash and she didn’t. Very unsanitary.

Yesterday was the first time we went to this fine restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the good service, with the exceptional dishes and wine and with the modest cost. We will absolutely visit there again.

Horrible service. There is one young boy on the register and 1 lady making pretzels. She can’t keep up with customer demand. He said we can’t make mini pretzel dogs because only 1 person baking. I offered to wait but he still said no. He turns and asks her and she says NO because she is overworked and alone. Very bad management!! I never heard of turning back multiple customers and not taking their orders because they don’t have enough help to make the product. One of my faves going downhill due to poor management. I will try Philly Pretzel Factory next to my house or another AA location. So sad ?
