Convinced me to get one of the pre packed boxes of ice cream instead of packing a flavour for me. Realized the pre packed one was expired after coming home.

They just denied me a service for no good reason. Terrible people. One of the cashier is told me to go to another branch to buy the product. Poorly trained cashiers. College students are more qualified for such positions as they don't have unnecessary attitude problems.

Next to the train station so I shouldn’t expect it to be too clean. Baskin Robins doesn’t have the things that it advertises. There are other dunkin as near by try them instead

Nasty attitude for no reason. All I asked was .. are there any specials??? BOGO or sundae etc. Cashier was annoyed and replied 3x No more No more No more and walked away... just for a little ice cream treat unbelievable

The warm brownie Sunday turned out to be a cold one. Also the guy who made our orders screwed up so bad that the cashier laughed at what we held in our hands and charged us less. Worst experience I've ever had for a simple ice cream trip.
