Got the chicken Tikka masala I asked for butter chicken and the guy said it's the same thing I went and ordered and the chicken was flavorless the sauce was watery they just added oil I hope I don't get sick reheated food be careful you can get sick

I went there the other day since i was around the area and was looking for a new halal spot. To say i was left speechless is beyond anything. Like most of these reviews said the food was great, but customer service? Horrible! Absolutely horrible. I own a restaurant of my own and the way the staff just interacts and acts with customers is something that would never happen at a decent customer service place. Not coming back.

I want to give this place 2-4 stars because the food is usually good the issue is the people that work there. Some people are very nice and do their jobs while some there are extremely disrespectful. I ordered online and they claimed to never receive the order and I called the website and they confirmed the order was sent and they just didn’t look. They are almost always late to my orders online too and me or my delivery have to wait in the store bc they don’t start making it till we ask about the order. I have come here so many times and it sucks because the food is good and I have memories here but some people there work so unprofessionally it’s hard to return. Also when ordering the butter chicken sometimes they just add like 3-4 chicken pieces then fill the rest up with the sauce like really? Also the last time I came in after having an issue with them not receiving the order and making me pay AGAIN they decide to make a joke of the situation and spam this text to me and I saw them laughing which made me go to write this review.

Probably my last time going to BBQ Nite for their zinger burger. We used to order Zinger burger often during college days but those days are over. The quality of the Zinger burger went down 5 folds. The chicken patty was thin as a paper and there was more grease than meat itself. The wait to receive 5 Zinger burgers was approximately 40mins with the restaurant being empty. Anyway. I’m done with this place. Cheers

Food is just fine. Not bad not good. Even if you buy hundred dollar worth of food they would always cheap out on white sauce and would barely give you 2-3 sides of white sauce!!!
