Finally had a chance to swing by Hicksville! Fresh mithai and nice classic chai. Loved our falooda! It is made to order and took some time.

The sweets are amazing, but the service is the worst I have ever seen. One person needs to stay with one customer. Ordering here is so haphazard.

I regret not stopping by here before! I drove passed so many times but never got the chance but today I finally made up my mind to check our Bengali Sweets and I was truly impressed by the quality of their food. Customer service was great as well, the two ladies at the counter are very friendly. The ambiance is just like back home! Your typical chaat house with huge selections of Mithaa (sweets). So I started off by ordering their paneer and vegetable Momos. Both packed some great flavors. The paneer momo is probably my favorite one because I love paneer, so them being put inside this deep fried goodness is exactly what I needed! The good thing is, they aren't too expensive nor greasy. This restaurant definitely is budget friendly and hygienic. The vegetable Momos were delightful. A mixture of all of your greens inside of a fried dumpling hahaha! Especially when they both paired very well with the sweet chilli sauce it came with! Now for the main course I ordered the Halwa Puri platter or should I say THALI! I love that word, it comes with 2 Puris and a generous amount of chana masala, halwa and achar. The puris were made from wheat which was a healthy option andddd the puri themselves were not oily. The Chana masala itself packed so much flavor, I thought that it had the same taste as Sambr, the potato soup that comes with a Dosa. Mouth watering and delicious. I did not try out the halwa because I'm not a fan ahahaha! But my family did. Everything was amazing, definitely will be back. 10/10 must try again and again!

Loved the food here. We traveled from Brooklyn to try out this place. We ordered chole bhature, signature mix paratha, samosa and salted lassi. The paratha was huge with a mixed stuffing of potato, radish, cabbage and onions, served with a side of yogurt and pickle. Absolutely delicious, we loved every bite. The chole bhature was flavorful and we savored every morsel of the fresh and puffy bhatures. The salted lassi felt very refreshing with a hint of mint in it. The samosa was hot and crispy but the potato stuffing was low on salt and spices. Maybe they can improve on that. The chutneys on the side were yum. Very friendly servers and quick service.Parking: Around 4-5 spots available behind the restaurant

Lady at the front counter came to take my order and went off in the middle to take other orders THREE TIMES! Extremely poor work ethic; zero clue on how to handle customers. Despicable!

I ordered chole kulche and got what looks like pan-warmed burger buns in place of what should be kulche. They said they started using a bakery for kulche. No these look like some frozen bread with a sad attempt at warming up. Which seriously makes me doubt what items on the menu are prepared in house vs using some frozen readymade version. I dare say, after being a patron for years, Bengali sweets is not the same for me.
