Was there for pie day so the line was long a 2 hour wait but once I made it inside the service was exceptional and the pizza was worth the wait.Vegetarian options: U can opt out for the spinach, arugula and mushrooms or anything of that nature if you are vegetarian without having to feel like you miss anything.Parking: We was at the Hicksville location located in the Broadway mall section, so parking wasn't so bad, even though the line was long there were still plenty of parking spots remaining.Wheelchair accessibility: The were plenty of handicap parking and plus the tables look wheelchair friendly, don't remember if the doors where automatic but they maybe also I don't see anyone looking to go there struggling, everyone that was there seemed very friendly and was more than happy to assist anyone who needed help.

Don't come here on pi day. The staff I completely SWAMPED. Place filled with people. I made an online order thinking the time quoted on the site was the time I would get my stuff. We'll. Completely wrong, can't trust their technology since it said 607 and now it's closer to 630, no food, wouldn't be surprised if I get it +45 min later. Like come on if someone orders online just state the time they should come in. The pizza is not even crazy good this is Li with good pizza everywhere.

They accidentally slightly burned my pizza. They practically insisted that they make me a new pizza and take the extra one home. Great customer service.Disappointing to see the pizza cooker texting on his phone in front of the oven while he was working.Parking: Always plenty of parking at the mall.

I don't yelp, so the fact that this is here means something I would think. If you're going there for convenience, please don't. I ordered 5 pizzas, 2 drinks, & 2 desserts. I have children and a car full of groceries. I ask if they can tape or put a rubber band around my boxes "haha sorry we don't have those anymore", okay can I have a drink tray? "We don't have those", can i please have a bag to put some of this stuff in- now they're looking annoyed with me at this point- "we don't have bags". Recap: it's raining, I have 4 boxes of pizza, 2 drinks, and 2 desserts with children, no bags, drink trays, assistance of any kind, but a nice dose of a condescending attitude. I can't believe I took the time to write this but hey, here we are.

Besides being very meticulous, professional and friendly, I don't think you'll ever find customer service better than what I received today at the Hicksville Blaze Pizza Store. The staff here, especially shift manager Cassandra, never rush the customer and work hard to make our dining experience remarkable. The food is always freshly prepared and tasty to eat. Customer service at the Hicksville Blaze Pizza Store is world class. Kudos to Cassandra and the entire Blaze team.
This was my first time at Blaze. I didn't know what to order or how to order it and the staff were so friendly and helpful with suggestions. And, thy pizza was delicious. I will definitely return again.

This is the best Blaze that I've been to. The pizza is always exactly how I want it, whether I order ahead or come in and pick it up. The staff are also amazing and patient with us when we come. I'll definitely be back.

From the minute we walked in the worker behind the counter was very unprofessional with a nasty attitude. He sounded like he didnt want to be bothered taking our order. We literally walked out in the middle of the order being made. Thats how bad this guy was!
