Honestly really disappointed. I ordered from DoorDash and got a dark meat combo with Mac and cheese. The dark meat was like cardboard and I could barely eat it. The mac and cheese was so watery that it was really just wet pasta by the time I picked it up with a fork.Boston market used to be my favorite place as a kid, I don’t remember it being this inedible.

Went there Saturday 06/17 at 6PM, Asked for the Meat loaf meal that was advertised on a big board, only to be told they had no more meat loaf, Some of the sides were empty also. Drove to the Bethpage location too and got the same response. Why promote or have something in the menu if you are going to be out specially on a Saturday night.Parking: just answered this because it won't let me post it.

The one star is strictly for the service. I had ordered my meal sat and ate. After I had ordered something to bring home to my daughter. I guess the worker assumed I was eating a second meal and said to me " you can eat or you can live you can't do both" with a saracastic toneI've never felt so insulted. Will never go again strictly because of that.

Haven’t been since pre pandemic. As with everything else food was over priced. Surprised to find that certain sides are now “premium” and have an up charge. The half chicken was dry and had basically no meat on it. Was still hungry after spending almost $40 for two meals and two extra small sides. Never again.

Boston market been known for good home style food but this place was more like a smash a grab job. The place is cold and no one likes eating here. The ice machine didn't work so you had to ask for them to go and get ice from the back and bring it in a cup for your drinks. The food is semi hot and not prepared with care at all. The place is not that clean and the employees seem like they didn't want to be there. Maybe just going through the motions. The manager was trying to hire more staff and at the same time doing everything he could to keep what he had, which was one other person working(which didn't want to be there). Set like I got food posit I g after I left. Much better options than this place around.

I have been spending SO MUCH MONEY on Grubhub for all these crazy fees so I have been researching restaurants that deliver (like back in the day LOL). I found Boston market does and you can order everything from their website! It’s SO EASY!!! And food was SO GOOD! Our delivery came from Hicksville and was delish!! We got the family meal of chicken and ribs!! DEF RECOMMEND!!! It came to like $66 with tip but wayyy cheaper than our average nightly Grubhub meals!

Consistently wrong. Good luck getting a refund for all the missing food you paid for. It's the blind leading the blind all the way to the managers position. Better to skip this location and visit the Bethpage one.
Picked up Thanksgiving sides like we do every year. Staff was wonderful. I have no idea how they deal with that many whiny customers every Thanksgiving. God bless them. Ps..food was delicious.

It's always a easy and decent meal when it comes to Boston Market. Staff in this location are nice and even when overwhelmed with customers, they try to do as fast as they can. But they probably do need more staff.

Possibly the worst run restaurant in the chain. It is no wonder Chick-fil-a is crazy busy and BM is dead. Arrived to find short staffed manager trying to get orders out, two people waiting in front of me, both were Doordash drivers. Manager said had a 20 minute wait for chicken, 20 for meatloaf and steam table was empty. Not enough options for vegetables, only broccoli which was empty. Was a ridiculously long wait for 2 dinners, over 20 minutes. This is the second time for me in this location in a weekand service was brutal both times. They lost me!
